We recently purchased a property that we didn't know had drainage issues, until after a huge rain. Cruz came by, gave us a quote and was so concerned about upcoming rains, that he quickly fit us into his schedule so that we could our situation taken care of quickly. Thank goodness he did!!!! Because we had unbelievable amount of rain the following week and I know we would have flooded. His guys show up very early in the morning, work very hard and are very respectful. I live on 1.3 acres. Cruz and his crew installed a sump pump, multiple drains and EIGHT INCH pipe to make sure that my yard properly drained for future storms. We have had BIG TIME rain, since he did our work and there is now zero standing water in front of our house. When the gentlemen arrived (90 minutes after the time window), I told the worker this was a rental and I needed an estimate to know if I should proceed with the repair. The inital visit was $105 for the first hour and he estimated $300-$500. I agreed. We set another appointment. Again, he was 90 minutes late past the arrival window. At this visit he told me we were at $600 ish. I understood and he started to work. He said he was tired and wanted to go and he set another appointment. He arrived to the third appointment and AGAIN did NOT finish the repairs. He never mentioned the estimate had gone over the $600 ish. He told me he would return later that week because he did not have the supplies to finish the job. He did not give me a time window for the fourth appointment nor did he call me when he was on his way. He said the morning. Around 1030am I had to reach out to him to find out he was 10 minutes away. He FINALLY repaired the system on visit 4. The bill for all four visits was $1,390, a far cry from the $300-$500 they estimated on the inital visit. I texted the owner to let them know I was displeased and I felt tricked. I wanted to discuss with them before I left an honest review. A woman named Felicia called me and got very upset with me. She ended the conversation by saying 'you bitch' then hung up. I would personally not suggest using this company.
