so, an update to the update. had a leak this fall near my sprinkler head...dug it out 18 inches down and repaired/replaced it. went back over my photos of the "work" they did, yep! this was work they did. can they be more incompetent? I paid 600+ bucks, plus the extra 300 dollar water bill for the leak they caused, plus they didn't save the sod, left holes in my yard, and did a poor job. they never offered to offset my expenses for their poor work, or even contacted me after these reviews. read more

If I could describe my experience with Irrigation Guru, it would be professional. When I called other installers, they wanted to give "under the table" and "cash" style payments. I couldn't find anybody that spoke english or wanted to do things by the book until I met Adam. I saw the ad on their van and decided to call - was it worth it! All of my invoices and payments were presented and logged in a neat and organized manner. I was given estimates and invoices in an easy to read format through their online email service. I think it was Quickbooks, so I was able to keep an easy eye on what was going on. In an area where it's easy to find work that probably wont last through the winter, Irrigation Guru gave me the best experience that I can speak for after one summer and one winter without any kind of maintenance or issues. They're not high-pressure sales and won't make you feel silly for saying no to certain recommendations, although I did agree to everything they suggested, I know that I wouldn't be looked down on for not spending more than what I originally budgeted for, which brings me to my final point; the prices were excellent! I knew that I was supporting a local family-owned business and not a large corp. I certainly felt like my opinion mattered and that my time was just as valuable as theirs. Hands down one of the most honest, genuine family owned business to deal with. Im new to the area and having a pool installed. I needed some sprinklers capped and possibly moved. After contacting the company who installed it and a few others with no return call at all... Adam took my call, fit me in right away and and went beyond than just giving me an estimate when he came. He grabbed a shovel, got right to locating the valves so we had a clear understanding of where the pool could sit without the sprinklers interfing. Just had Irrigation Guru out to do a Spring checkup on my sprinkler system and repair some issues. They were on time, clear about pricing up front and got right to work. Mike and the crew cleaned out some of my pop-up heads that were not functioning correctly. They had to replace 4 rotor heads and repair some leaks. They were informative about what the issues were and how they were adjusting the new heads. They were very friendly and helpful. I can easily recommend this company if you need your irrigation system serviced (they also do new installs). I hope not to have any further issues for awhile but wouldn't hesitate calling Mike again if needed. read more

To be honest, I did not expect such high quality sprinklers in my yard to ever become a reality with the kind of budget I had.
