He even taped up part of my light that was broken. I can tell you right now that I have been to many auto parts stores and they have never been as helpful and as kind as Jason was. If I could give this review 100 stars I would. Jason is such an amazing employee that went over and beyond and I will definitely be a lifetime customer of AutoZone because of this experience!!! Thank you AutoZone for hiring such great employees!!! I highly recommend this auto parts store. You will not be sorry.

I called to see if they had a particular wiper, I said "I never put it on before and I don't know what I'm doing" she said they had the wiper and to come in. She helped be get the right wiper but never said anything about help with installation when I alluding to wanting it. One of the wipers had about 5 parts and I put the wrong one in cuz I don't know what I'm doing. Then I broke my wiper off because it was stuck old and brittle and did I mention I don't know what I'm doing. So I went in to return them so it didn't happen again. It wouldn't have any way because the back one was actually different than the one I was looking for. So when I was returning it, I asked the gentleman if they could help with installation and he said that they could've so that I re-purchased two of the three I returned and had him help me with installation if he had been there instead of her in the beginning, I would have all three all perfectly and then more business with the store and Ben a happier customer. I'm not sure why she's so bad at customer service but someone should talk to her. Homeboy gave me the great service I expected to get when I came to AutoZone. If I hadn't ran into him, I would've left and never came back.

I would like to be more generous with my stars, and honestly I think three is very generous. Here…read moreis why. First, Walmart does provide a great price on a full service synthetic oil change. It is better than any other location that I can find, and because it is Walmart, I would assume there would be a mechanism in place to ensure that a failsafe process was enacted to ensure the consumer was provided everything they were told they should have received. Unfortunately, the price was a great deal or so I thought, and during the spring break I had all three of my kids cars oil changed. First, two are the same make but different model. Unfortunately they installed the wrong oil filter on the second car and that resulted in a host of issues including a leak. They did clean up the mess and re-changed oil and new filter. Second, on each car I had my kids ask, "dad, weren't they supposed to check and top off fluids?" I went back to the advertisement and it was supposed to include that as well as an inspection to report the state of the vehicle. One car needed more coolant, all three needed wiper fluid, and a third needed both transmission and brake fluid. I was a bit shocked to learn about this, as they had to get the items replaced away from the Walmart here. Yes it is a first world problem but it was one we paid to have completed. That was a miss, and I would be reluctant to go back.

I asked to reschedule but the person I spoke with couldn't understand me. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager said they will have the oil filter next weekend so I rescheduled for May 10th at 7:30am. I asked the manager to notify me beforehand if they haven't received the oil filter. On May 10th at 6:30am, I get a text notification from Walmart reminding me of my appointment that day. I arrive at 7:15am and it's the same technician I met last week and he tells me again that they don't have the oil filter. I asked why I wasn't notified and he gave this dumbfounded look. I told him they need to work on their customer service and communication and his response was "This is Walmart" implying people shouldn't expect good service if any service at all. Upper management needs to look into this location for retraining or replacing the employees. And if upper management won't take action, then corporate needs to replace the management team with people who will.

Unacceptable service and a complete lack of integrity…read more I brought my GMC Sierra in for a mechanical vacuum pump replacement under warranty. Shortly after returning home, I noticed oil dripping off the skid plate and onto the ground. Concerned about a potential issue with the repair, I had to return to the dealership to ensure it wasn't a live leak. This was after they already had the vehicle all day. I dealt directly with a customer service manager, Ken Baugh. Instead of actually fixing the issue, Ken chose to lie to my face and show me fake pictures to move me along and cover up sloppy workmanship. He specifically blamed a "pad" on the skid plate that supposedly hadn't been cleaned completely. After dropping and cleaning the skid plate myself today, I discovered that Ken had shown me a photo of a completely different vehicle--my truck does not have any padding on the skid plate. I ultimately had to crawl under the truck myself to verify the integrity of the repair. What I found was a complete mess. Below the area of the replaced vacuum pump, the differential housing and the skid plate were absolutely filthy with leftover oil. Worse yet, the technician had left the skid plate bolts loose. This was the state of the vehicle after "two cleanings"--supposedly one at the completion of the job and a second when I returned to the shop with an oil leak. When you go to a dealership for repairs, you expect professional service and basic honesty. Instead, I got a manager who fakes documentation to dismiss a customer's legitimate concerns and a technician who can't even torque down a skid plate or clean up after themselves. I had to spend my own time under the truck cleaning up their mess and tightening their loose hardware. I have zero trust in this dealer or their service department. Avoid at all costs.

Currently only 28K miles. Unbelievable. I am not exaggerating. It has left 6-8 inch diameter puddles of diesel in two of my customer's driveways, as well as mine. It has a noisy "clunk" in the rear suspension that they have not been able to resolve, and it still leaks diesel - it is actually at another dealership as I type this getting a third fuel tank fill tube installed. Maybe the third one will work better? omg They have no resolution for it. The touch screen radio stops working about once every week or two, and all they do is an "update" to peddle it toward the end of the warranty. Unfortunately, I had to go the lemon law route, still pending, as this truck is a mess and has coasted me a lot of money! The Roseville service department initially was trying to help. I really think Kevin cares about doing a good job for the customer. He really tried. But then one day (of many) I had to go show them the problems in person, and afterward I tried to reverse out very slowly and accidentally ran over one of their road cones as my truck bed was full from work that day and I missed it. Melinda claimed I "meant to hit it" and denied helping me any further. Okay, thanks for that. I can't make this stuff up. Good craftsmanship, American made, and reasonable people - all gone in this Country. I wanted so bad to "buy American" but I am going back to Toyota. Not to say they don't have issues at Toyota with quality here and there (specifically the new tundras), but at least they resolve the problems and help the customer feel appreciated for spending our hard earned money. Sorry guys and gals, you absolutely earned this poor review. I wish there was a negative -5 here.
