This is one of the most down to earth, friendly, helpful businesses I've encountered in years and a very FIRST in a Jewelry store dealing in top end watches!! After a lot of research, I always found myself feeling "unworthy" of even entering a Rolex dealership because I am not rich and don't usually buy luxury items and it shows in everything about me. But, when I emailed Time Source to ask if they could service my husband's Rolex by a certain close date, Michael's tone in his response was very welcoming and sincere. I ended up emailing him back to find out if he could recommend a jeweler to repair a beloved ring of mine. He responded that they could take care of that, too. So, we met Michael and the rest of the staff today and what a fantastic experience. I told Michael that I really didn't have the budget to buy a new Rolex, but he still showed me watches--new and used--and I ended up buying one! He was so upfront.
