I live in Kannapolis and at the address where I am a tenant there has been no pickup for three days for a scheduled routine pickup. The business has been called numerous times by the homeowner and everyone except a lady I am thinking her name was "Patti" was extremely rude and not helpful with going the extra distance and reaching out and taking a number for a callback explaining why on the street I live, the trash was intentionally avoided. I know this because I was driving into the neighborhood on Tuesday, the day after the scheduled pickup on Labor Day and I PASSED the Waste Pro truck. This is disgusting to INTENTIONALLY AVOID an entire street in a neighborhood for something that deals with sanitation. Waste pro and its drivers need to be held accountable for their poor service for EVERY COMMUNITY THAT THEY SERVE!!! Overall, they have a terrible reputation in the states that they service. From incompetence to fraudulent charges the list continues to grow by the day. I live at 2516 Fitzpatrick Ln. These guys that come through do a awesome job. They are friendly, helpful and they work hard. You don't have to worry where your roll-outs or yard-waste containers are going to end up. They put them back where they got them from. You know when your waste is going to be picked up because they roll through about the same time each week. These guys have earned the 5 stars I gave them. read more

This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with! If I could have given them a "0" I would have. I have tried them two times thinking things might have changed, but they are as awful as always! I have made many phone calls, and nothing has been resolved. The last person I spoke to, it was clear she did not want to hear what I had to say. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF OF A COMPANY. Going on three weeks now without any trash pick up. We have recycling as well and they've picked that up but I guess when they see a full trash bin that says "Waste Pro" right next to it they turn retarded and can't read. They've skipped our trash pick up before but now they are on a 3 week streak. Trash is piling up out of the bin. You can try to call their office but like every other review said they don't answer. You can leave a message but won't get a call back. I understand these jobs get busy but when it comes to weeks without service it's just pathetic. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give them less than one star I would. They changed our pick-up day from Tuesday to Friday, starting the 4th of July week. So the first Friday should have been garbage and recycling (since recycle is every other week). They failed to get our recycling and when I called to inquire, they said that recycling would alternate starting the next Friday....which is today....and now it is after 5:00......and no recycling pick-up. This means that our recycling, that we have paid for, has not been picked up since June 22nd. The best we can hope for at this point is Monday (HaHaHa), that would be 27 days since our recycling was last picked up. This is total BS!! read more

Waste Pro USA bought out the company that did service our address 9/1/2020. For the month of September we have only receiced 1 service instead of the 4 that were scheduled. When you call to speak with supervisor you have to leave a message and they never return your call. They continue to promise we will be out tomorrow but never show up. Then their drivers report the trash was not by the road, so they can have an excuse not to service. My trash has been by the road for over a week and we are still awaiting service. They have missed our pickup date many many times and have to call multiple times to come and get our trash. Even with calling and the "they will be there in 24 hours" still no pickup. We are new to WastePro and our service has not started. We were told that the trash can would be delivered in 14-21 days. It has been past 21 days. We have called twice in less than a week and were told by the Customer Service Representatives that we were place on a "hot list" for our trash can to be delivered.
