I wish I could give zero stars. I called and spoke with Star. Paid in advance for three months. She said they would be there for trash the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, no pickup. I called, I emailed, I left voicemails. To make a long and frustrating story short, after almost a month of paid service, my trash can had been emptied once, and that required 2 emails and 2 phone calls. Other cans are being serviced on my street and we are skipped? Unless you have plenty of time you'd like to spend going back and forth with a trash service, I'd suggest another company. I'm waiting for my refund and if I don't get it, I'll be reporting them to the state. I'm fed up. read more

During a GLOBAL PANDEMIC, this company has the guts to send to send a bill I didn't pay on time to collections. A decent company would give a small break even if it meant that I would owe them for two cycles the next time around. Heck my utility companies are doing that just in case I have one month during this time where I have some financial hardship. Just give a break on sending something to collections during this time or receive a bad review that's well deserved. read more

Annoyed that they come at different times each week and if it rains the night before and I can't get can down til next morning that's the day they decide they are going to be here before 7am. They need to be on same (close to) schedule every week, holiday or not. Also, I took a picture of when they picked up my trash last week because the mail lady couldn't deliver to mailbox because they had the can in front of and pushing up in my mailbox, not where they got the can from. I always place can at end of driveway a few feet away from mailbox so she can deliver our mail without any issues. I dropped my daughter off at work this morning at 7 and was back at house at 7:20am to take can down and looking at the neighbors can, they had already been by. They are never here that early even with a holiday. So now I have a weeks worth of trash and only room for 1-2 more bags before they come next week. read more

Several times I have also had to call the office when my trash and/or recycling was not picked up, and usually had to speak to the same woman, "LaToya", who is incredibly curt and rude each time, insinuating that I did not take the trash or recycling to the curb the night before pick up, which I have done for the past 3 years. I told her as much today, and she HUNG UP ON ME. WTF? They have sent me past due notices when after I have promptly paid my bill ON TIME, and I even had to get the bank to call and confirm payment when "LaToya" could not find receipt of my payment. Lazy and incompetent. As soon as this quarter is complete, I'm switching to Republic. I usually tend to support local businesses, but Waste Pro has lost another customer. read more
