That great idea was born over three years ago, so if it hasn't started by now, it's a dead idea today. Brewing structure that never was to be I reckon : ( SO- I took all this needless garage "fodder" of now useless metal to the scrap yard! I must confess, this was a nice experience; for a scrap yard task really. These guys have a drive through service that has got to be the best idea for compensated, premature, Spring cleaning! Drive in- unload on their scale, and go to the pay window for the bucks - all inside their warehouse. I was pretty happy too with the return I got for my haul too. The only slightly bazar part was I was paid in $50 -$10 - $2 and $1 coin! Now, its been a year or more since I had to deal with one dollar coin and I damn sure can't recall the last time I got a two dollar bill! back as change! Hey - I can't wait to spend em! Clean up and get paid for it! Looks like they will take it all if you have redeemable recyclables and haul it in. They post all of these rules and then don't enforce them (no junk cars, one vehicle per space). Neighboring spaces park on or over the line. Space markers are plastic chain that gets moved or broken away. When informed the office does nothing to correct them problem making it very difficult and time consuming to try and park our trailer. The office is vacant more than half of the time. There are better storage places. Don't store here!

I got a good price for the type of unit I wanted but was not communicated the space number. I figured I would go to the office and deal with someone the next day but would lock in the online price. I was surprised to get a text early on my move in date with my gate code and access codes. In a separate email I got the unit number and instructions on how to open the rolling door in case this was your first storage excursion. I was charged online for the first month rent and for a lock. You are automatically comp'd 30 days in insurance. My skeptical nature had low expectations but after using the access code to get into my building I found the lock and keys waiting inside the unit. Ready to go even before the office opened. Wow! This has changed my impression of the hassle I had on my previous experience. A couple things to keep in mind. Unless you go in with proof of insurance they will keep charging you 9.99 a month for Orange door insurance. They raise rents and move you up to a more expensive unit charge on a regular basis so this is best for a short term storage solution.
