DO NOT trust this company to drive on your driveway unless you want to pay for any damage that they…read moredo! Their manager came and admitted to the damage and said it would be "taken care of" and "that's why they have insurance". However, the manager lied to the business owner and to the insurance adjuster and we were left paying thousands of dollars for the stupid mistakes and damage done by an inexperienced, unsupervised driver. More training and better customer service would have prevented this review. Yes, we settled with the insurance company, because we HAD to do so. Otherwise, we would've had a lengthy court battle. So any response stating that this was "settled" by both parties is a sham. BEWARE, a simple order with this company could end up costing you THOUSANDS of dollars. I wish there were a ZERO star option for this review. I called the owner and asked him to make up the thousands of dollars we were stuck with and he refused. His company made a at least 7,000.00 on our job. He could've easily reimbursed us, but he didn't. Yes, I have "hard feelings" and so will you if you trust their drivers on your property!
