Or if you need a way to keep warm or serve a large portion of food. I know that Restaurant Equippers has something on hand that can make your night of hosting easier. The employee that found me wondering and lost was so quick to offer guidance. He walked me to the area I was looking for and then offered to carry my items for me. I walked out amazed at how cool the Restaurant Equippers store is. What a hidden gem. When I complained they said "listing was a mistake so here's your money back". I didn't want a refund. I wanted the 12 pot holders I agreed to buy as advertised and described on Amazon by Wasserstrom. Clearly a breach of the retail contract that I, Wasserstrom, and Amazon agreed to when I committed to buy the TWELVE pot holders for $9.73 Wasserstrom blamed Amazon but Amazon was adamant that an accurate item description was the responsibility of the selling partner... Wasserstrom. Amazon was no help at all but then all of a sudden the 12 pot holders were relisted on Amazon as 12 pot holders for $31.99 So is it fraud, bait & switch, breach of contract, or deceptive advertising? I'll see what the FTC says. Wasserstrom has been in business for 120 years. I wonder how many customers they have defrauded and ripped off in those 120 years?

If not, most items are sold in bulk or oversized packaging. Great for a business or a large family. Buying in large quantities often means a lower price per unit (or however the product is packaged), but not always. Be a savvy shopper! The few people we met seemed happy to be working here. There were two representatives at that time 5:20pm a lady in a gentleman. When I talked to the lady and I told her I wanted to return them (only one of them was opened) because the chicken breast smelled bad, the gentleman next to her was questioning why I was saying that and he had the nerve to ask me " why does the chicken smell bad?" And before he left said "do the refund I won't argue with.m this". In the first, no one was arguing And at the same time I was wondering, what kind of customer service are this people providing to the customers that keep this business on float? Because as far as I know, we are paying for a membership to have the "privilege" to buy from the club and this the treatment we get from your employees. Also, every time I go there the store is a mess, no one ask for a membership card and the store is dirty. Just do yourself a favor, drive 20 minutes to the closest Costco, pay a full price membership there for a real customer service and good quality food.
