It can be a comical show. And that's starting with my own 86 young mother. I had to ask them to reduce the air temperature cause she was freezing. Ten mins later, someone else was too warm. So I told her to turn it back down, and we went and stood out front for a few. And when we returned it at a much bearable temperature, I played mediator for a few folks who kept telling the receptionist they could not hear her when she spoke to them. So I used my more baritone voice that their hearing aids could pick up. I'm happy to assist my elderly. Meanwhile, my mom is in my right ear asking me why I am helping them? Got to love her. All in all, it is a good place and takes a lot of patience to handle what they deal with. Though this is an hour from me. With God's will and I get in my 70s, I hope my doctors are as friendly. Clean facilities. This office, I think, is only 1 doctor. So I feel he over books. To have so many scheduled within 15 mins is not good. The patients move slowly and need to talk. He needs to make a little more time for them to explain their symptoms and issues. My mother, who I know, is a constant complainer. Praises the way the doctor listens to her and keeps her healthy. Although getting an appointment with then is very hard, especially if you need a same day appointment...you can get a same day appointment but you'll usually end up with one if they "other" doctors. I was not impressed with the other doctors...they did not give the same care, time, and attention that Dorfner himself gives. Some of them seem bothered your even there. Also, if you have to go for labs or xrays stay on top of them...it took them 4 days to let me know my ribs where broken?!?! As stated in other reviews, receptionists are great at getting you in. But they always seem flustered and overly busy...even when it doesn't appear busy. The office is clean and state of the art with computers and such.

Dr. Achebe is personable and he answers whatever questions you may have. I didn't get a bad vibe from him at all. Actually, the complete opposite. Don't let appearances fool you. The staff is inviting as well. If only they updated a bit. I guess we can't have everything in life.

I felt that he took his time answering all of my questions and he put me at ease with his confidence. Because Dr. Chandler made the environment very relaxing, I felt relatively calm during this procedure. I am happy to say that I no longer have "sleepy" looking eyes. They look natural and bright, and best of all, my vision has improved dramatically. I recommend Dr. Chandler for this procedure and he will be my first choice for any future needs in his expertise.

I recently visited their offices on High Street, Burlington while meeting a client there in order to obtain her medical records. The facility was crowded on this Thursday morning; the small parking lot already full before 10:00 a.m. I found a spot far in back, and walked back to the front door and sat is the tight waiting room for my client to arrive. There were plenty of attentive staff handling check ins, insurance documentation, and ushering patients to the examination rooms to await the doctor's attention. Nothing appeared out of the ordinary. There was some wait for later appointments, as the doctors may have taken more time with each patient than the official schedule accounted for. Again, not unusual as this kind of delay is expected when the physician doesn't know what she will confront upon meeting her patient, and each encounter must be focused on the needs of the person being examined so they feel they are receiving proper attention. My client seemed content with the level of care, as she had been going to this facility for many years. Her doctor was senior attending and had a solid reputation. I was able to secure the records with presentation of the signed authorization, and departed as my client walked back to her date with the doctor.
