Aaron Melch, the Hearing Care Practitioner had offered to look at it. Walked in to a very polite & welcoming Receptionist. Aaron took the hearing aid to his office, spent significant time going through supplies & using multiple tools, and successfully repaired it!! He was extremely professional, talented & kind. He also refused to charge us for this service.
