Found this place totally by accident and I'm so glad that I did! I bought tickets for the Old Town Trolley Tours and this is where the first and last stop is located. Inside, you will find so many type of souvenirs like: shirts, candy, magnets, caps, and so on. Prices were reasonable. They even had some sale items! They do have a restroom.

I live in Maryland and work in DC but I'm from Nebraska so I still go out and be a tourist quite often. So occasionally I have to check out places like this. This one is located across from Ford's Theater. Don't get me wrong this isn't the first one of these stores I've been in (and a may now own 'Santa riding Air Force One' Christmas ornament) , but I think I have finally reached satiation with this visit. If this is what you're look though . . . . then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Gotta love the 'Merica bikini shot glass - includes nipples!

Washington Welcome Center contains an awesome collection of tchotchkes and junk for the indiscriminate souvenir shopper. Basically, this place is filled with crap. It's so crappy, I made multiple purchases on multiple trips! I almost returned for a third time when I realized I missed the "Bill for First Lady" shot glass. DAMN! There's always next time... I've been to the much classier White House Gifts near the "House that Barack Built" (The White House), but it's much pricier and lacks the "cheese factor" of WWC. Bottom line: An awesome spot to pick up a life-sized bust of Kennedy or a "Trump is a Douchebag" coffee mug. Whatever your political bent, you can find a "must have" souvenir for your loved ones and/or arch enemies (might be the same person?) 3.75 stars!

We were in the area and decided to drop by. They have a lot of souvenirs. Yes, everything is overpriced. It's great if you are looking for some gifts. They have a restroom in the back. It's spacious inside, organized, and clean. Employees are sweet and quick. It's close by to the Ford's Theatre.

Some of the store merch and a person with a couple of adorable Shih-Tzu... Maybe dog friendly store?

This is a great store for souvenirs or an entire patriotic outfit while in a rush for the 4th of July parade. They have clothing, kitchenware, Christmas ornaments, mugs, tequila shots... you name it, from the traditional souvenir you'd bring to elder family members to the tackiest t-shirt/hat/mug. The shop is actually quite small for the amount of merchandise they carry, from Washington D.C. White House Christmas ornaments, Americana decor and left or right political merchandise, everything is neatly organized and the store is clean. They do have restrooms AND they are pet friendly! While I was there I saw a person with two adorable Shih-Tzu in a stroller, all things considered they were really well behaved so probably the staff wouldn't have noticed they were dogs. Also the prices for the souvenirs were a dollar or two less than at other stores that carried the exact same product. Overall great place to get most of your shopping done.

    Rama is the bomb.

Rama works hard to ensure everyone feels welcome when they arrive at Old Town Trolley. His smile says it all. Thank you for having dedicated employees.

Great selection of souvenirs. Some were a little pricy though. But did most my shopping here.

But when I got there, it was closed. It was barely 6 PM. And there was no indication why it was closed. It was supposed to still be open per its hours. I was very disappointed and wasted my time going here. Keep in mind that if you go here, They have random hours and if you make the trip there you may just waste your time.

A gift shop that sells a number of different items. I came across a book for hunted places in Washington DC.  I also cam across a nice sleeveless Washington DC shirt.  The material felt great on the skin.  The cost was $19.99 and I was very tempted to buy it. Should I revisit this place and this type of material shirt is there, I will but one.   The staff member I saw upon entering seemed friendly,  but I think more of a forced friendliness.   Seeing the staff members there, they seemed very bored.  Sister Sister and Snow Queen seemed to be the two employee who were down in the down in the doldrums.   Nevertheless,  it was nice to see you could try on clothes in this store.  Not sure when I will be back here, but I hope to see more stores open here in the future, because right now, Union Station is looking very scary.
