We always knew where we stood with her, what we needed to complete, and what would happen next. She listens well and gets to know client tastes and needs. She's patient, funny, smart, and totally on the ball. She also made sure that no one else dropped the ball, so we could close on time and without issues. She knows the area well, she knows a lot of the local professionals, and she eyes the market like a hawk, which is what allowed us to find just the right place only moments after it went public for sale. I also love how she celebrated our closing with us by giving us a very thoughtful gift basket that was perfect for our tastes. I can't speak about anyone else at this firm, but if they are anything like April, you're in good hands. I will definitely work with her again and plan to recommend her to anyone I know buying a house in the area.

She helped me locate a local contractor that was able to fix some minor issues before closing and they were very reasonably priced. She even went with them and did some cleaning while they were busy with the issues. She is an amazing realtor I would highly recommend to anyone who asks.
