Most will be found on the Internet and include Craigslist.org among others and Windermere property mgmt. I came upon a listed property on their website and this is what I endured and was subjected to with three employees I had interactions with. My experience dealing with employees of this business goes back to Aug of 2025. One thing seems abundantly clear, their employer, Windermere, it appears they don't offer PD to their employee's which would explain the lack of CM and CS that was clearly NOT in evidence among those I dealt with. PD = Professional Development CM = Communication skills CS = Customer Service skills Of the three employees I had contact with, the first one, she would only use E-mail and nothing else to communicate. The 2nd employee, I had but a brief conversation via telephone and she just reiterated what the first employee had said in a msg to me. As for the 3rd employee who I later was told was running this office, he managed to use both E-mail and the telephone to converse with me. After submitting an application, ten days later and an employee is asking me "the CUSTOMER" if I could contact my rental reference(s) and ask them if they received this company's Rental Verification Form. Huh? Like, isn't that your JOB?!?! So I did and by the end of the month and my application had been approved. What I wasn't told and wouldn't find out until Oct 6th, my application, was it the first one submitted and/or approved? Apparently not for on this day and I get told the property has been offered to someone else! Never able to reach this employee [Ms G] by phone, I speak to another one who just confirms "we don't hold properties" but she mentions a similar rental and will have the person who manages it give me a call. So now I'm on to my 3rd employee and eventually he realizes, the 1st employee, she never let me know that I was the 1st person to submit an application and one that was approved. And now she's offered the rental to another party! Long story short this 3rd employee, Mr. F, he moves my application back to the original property I was interested in. Fast-forward to the middle of Nov and I move my belongings into this rental but return to my previous residence to clean it up and out. At this time I'm sent a msg from a Ms. G, an inspection report regarding the property. If I come across any other issues I can reply to this msg. So returning the last wknd of Nov, 2025, and I reply that I've come upon a couple of issues. I hear nothing from this employee Ms. G and so I reach out to the 3rd employee I've had contact with previously, a Mr F. Despite being told I could simply reply to the previous employee's E-mail if I come upon anything else not listed in the inspection report, Mr F lets me know "you need to use the tenant portal." Okay, fine. I then proceed to let him know that I would like to replace my garbage can for it has a large gash in it. Mr F barks back at me, "WE DON'T DO THAT, WE DON'T DO THAT!!! You need to call such and such trash company. Does he offer a phone #? Well, of course not. I then make mention that while swapping out a 3-wire plug on my dryer for a 4-wire connection, I noticed as I was about to insert this plug into the electrical outlet meant for a dryer, ALL four screws that hold the faceplate in place, they're loose to the point you can see them all sticking out! So naturally, I took a slot-bladed screwdriver and tightened them all down. Upon hearing this bit of news, Mr F starts screaming at me, "TELL ME YOU DIDN'T, TELL ME YOU DIDN'T?!" "I'm like, huh and what's with the verbal ABUSE on ME?" Then I realize, "he wasn't paying attention to what I had just said!" So I explain to Mr F that I'll repeat what I just said, but much more slowly this time. Now he understands what I'd said but doesn't say anything more. During our telephone conversation, I make mention that it seems as if he's always got one foot out the door when he responds to me. By this I mean, he replies to my E-mails or calls me back just before the COB. Mr F, with his reply, he let's me know, "I work 24/7." Right, and that's why you couldn't provide me with a telephone # for the trash company earlier in our conversation? I also let Mr F know that an employee of his, a Ms G, it seems she wanted me to reach out to my rental reference(s) and ask them, "did you get the rental verification form I sent you?" I'm the customer, correct? So why am I getting asked to do something that's part of the employee's job? Hearing what I had just said, I expected Mr F to offer up an apology to me. WRONG! Instead, Mr F snaps back at me and replies, "Hey, you got the property!" What he stopped short of saying: What the *uck more do you want?" Disgusting behavior ALL around which I did not deserve !!!

Then we had a serious house fire and had to start all over. This time I called WENDY on the advice of a friend and I am still amazed at the difference she made. Everything went as smooth as butter! Wendy was quick to schedule a consultation and arrived exactly on time, going right to work with creative suggestions and solutions to all my concerns. The next day I received her quote and a delivery/install date only two weeks out. What a difference from my previous experience which was show up when they got around to it and then wait, wait, wait for an install! And when it came to the install, I was amazed again. My whole house was done in one day by a genius installer! You'll never find a better installer, Marv is the best. Please take my advice and talk to Wendy. You won't be sorry.

They also provide detailed invoices so you are fully aware of costs and are easy to communicate with on cost saving ideas. Their shop may not have everything but they can order it for you to look at and give you sound advice on what you may want based on the use (i.e. I have 3 boys so I need a higher traffic floor) I never had communication or work this good with other contractors. Plus they really do show respect for the homeowner. The past ones would only talk to the man of the house (and the woman of the home is the breadwinner) Grants clearly respects everyone!

I called at 8:10(I was sitting out front waiting for the door to open) when no one answered I found the voicemail completely full so I was unable to leave a message. The front desk girl strolled in at 8:25 when I came inside she was rude as hell to me when I checked in for my appointment. Than I was told WITH an appointment it would be minimum 4 hour wait to get in but more likely 6. When I was on a personal phone call the rude as hell front desk girl thought it was appropriate to comment on my phone call. "OH MY FUCKING GOD ITS ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS" I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The service is terrible and the front desk girl is RUDE AS FUCK. As of now I'm still sitting here waiting. As I am sitting in the waiting room the front desk girl tells the workers O she left. I am literally sitting in front of her desk but I'm not here. The. She has the audacity to say she never gave me the keys. I tried and was ignored. If I could give negative stars I would. You're receptionist is the face of your company. When she treats customers like pond scum it looks bad on everyone and everything. As I sit here waiting I have heard her be extremely rude to several other customers who came in. I have seen several people leave because of it. I literally just her heard tell a customer who asked for a quote on Windows for her home "go somewhere else." I have now been sitting here waiting 5 hours. The front desk girl is only "polite" when the boss is within ear shot, I have heard her ask several customers "What do you want?"like a pissed off teenager instead of hello or how can I help. She is the first person you speak to walking in the door and that's how she's treating people. I can see my windshield is done and my vehicle is parked out front but the front desk girl can't be bothered to stop her personal conversation on her phone to do her job. I totally want to sit here and listen to you talk politics and religion with your friend. Please don't let paying customers at your job interrupt your personal life. Also be warned if you call or receive a call from this office she has you on speaker phone and everyone including the customers are hearing both sides of the conversation. So after 6 hours a rude as hell receptionist and more parts of my truck broken than when I drove in. I am finally done. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give negative five stars I would.

When installation was finally scheduled, the job was left unfinished, and the door installed -- described as "brand new" -- had visible dents and scrapes. These issues should have been identified before installation. Instead, what should have been a simple project turned into an ongoing effort to correct problems that shouldn't have happened in the first place. I paid the final invoice (with a discount applied) just to put the situation behind me. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not reflect the professionalism presented online.
