The owner of this company operated illegally in my house. He did extensive electrical work in my…read morehome without my knowledge, without a license and without a permit. I had to pay a licensed electrician hundreds of dollars to repair the damage that he did. His job was to install a floating hardwood floor in my home and he didn't read or follow the manufacturers directions for installing the floor. It was a basic install. He needed to leave a quarter inch gap around the perimeter of the room to allow for expansion and contraction of the floor and he didn't do that. The floor was installed damaged in places and is continuing to Buckle as time goes by. Rangel used individuals to do this install that were neither employees or contractors in their own right. This after he assured me he would be installing the floor himself. In the process of installing the floor he damage my refrigerator and a brand new piece of furniture. He promised to fix though those problems but he never did. I tried to settle this at the lowest possible level but he refused to speak to me. I contacted the WA State Attorney General and he's been unresponsive to their efforts to mediate this issue. I have found the owner of this company to be irresponsible, unresponsive and unreliable.

They also provide detailed invoices so you are fully aware of costs and are easy to communicate with on cost saving ideas. Their shop may not have everything but they can order it for you to look at and give you sound advice on what you may want based on the use (i.e. I have 3 boys so I need a higher traffic floor) I never had communication or work this good with other contractors.
