Front door and storage room door have been kicked in and frames are toast, but mgt refuses to make me safe. No shower curtain bars?, I need bar that's permanent so when I move shower curtains around shower chair bar doesn't fall on me, no grab bars for support, electrical outlets not working, switch for stove fan not working. GFI pops constantly. Pool and work outdoor are out of order and it's 100° out. They replaced washer and dryer like I asked, management seems nice, maintenance guys too, hoping all will work out well.

Last August, my overhead lights stopped working and it took an electrician all day to fix the crappy wiring in my unit after we lived in the dark for a week. Now, as of December 1st, the outlets in my kitchen have stopped working. I've managed to keep the fridge running by some miracle, but no microwave, no toaster oven, and no coffee maker. And no electrician until maybe next week. To say I'm over this apartment is an understatement.

Never mind MOLD that was found within both unit air conditioners! Pioneer Meadows might as well bulldoze everything and start over. These apartments are NOT worth the money AT ALL! We asked for our rent to be prorated and they insisted we would get the other half our rent back In the form of a check "Because people change their mind about move out date." We agreed and paid our rent to be told " I never said that." after we told the manager we wanted our money. The manager also wouldn't give us the owners number which is also suspicious . If you want to be SCAMMED live here. I have never dealt with such a horrible renters experience. I have proof of my move out date and full rents paid as well , they will be seeing me in court soon!
