I was impressed by the professionalism of the website and the interior photos of the salon - I love the chic look of the mill! After reaching out to the salon to ask which stylists specialized in balayage I was given a few names, one of which was Vanessa. I found that she had an online booking system, which I think is super convenient. It definitely helped in making my initial decision of who I would book with. I loved the ease of seeing what she had available for appointments instead of calling and going through my schedule with a receptionist. Vanessa was welcoming and listened to exactly what MY wants/needs were. I was impressed when she mentioned how my bleached locks did nothing for my complexion and washed me out. It was comforting that she cared more about how a particular color would suit my complexion than just taking a shot in the dark at fixing what I came in with. We looked at pictures and discussed specifics about what my long term goals were for my hair. Vanessa was easy to talk to & dedicated her time to making sure I was happy and had an end result I would be happy with for a long time to come! I would recommend Vanessa to anyone.
