They talked her into coverage she didn't need on a used car and charged an outrageous percentage. They have lost the paperwork THREE times and requested for us to provide more documentation again and again. The loan officer doesn't know what he's doing. He still hasn't gotten all the title information worked out, even when it should have been transferred from the original bank A YEAR AGO. When I went to complain at the bank they did nothing...complete waste of time. There lack of knowledge and complete incompetence is baffling. I shut down my account and stopped doing business with them ... multiple family members are going to do the same. Do not get a loan from Numerica on Duportail in Richland!!!

Our organization signed up as a business account, and were amazed at how much support our little brand-new non-profit received. The name "Community First" was very evidently the primary consideration in their business, and we noticed and appreciated it every step of the way. We deal mostly with the Richland branch, but the folks over in Kennewick were stellar the one time I stopped in there. They're willingness to treat me so amazingly even with a tiny little account has prompted me to switch all my personal accounts away from a local credit union that spends too much money on marketing. They will raise rates and even drop you if you have a young driver who has their first fender bender, leaving you out in the cold! You are required in the state of Washington to have auto insurance however, if you're a minor you cannot get it on your own. Therefore as a family with a young driver who had a minor accident, PEMCO will exclude them from the policy immediately, requiring your entire family to look for a new insurance company, even if you've been with them for over 20 years!! It's sad when bottom line drives a business even after paying tens of thousands of dollars over the years and are basically claim free!! So if you have a family with young children that will be driving soon, or are planning to start a family, don't use PEMCO insurance . Go to a reputable company such as AAA or Nationwide who will support you even when your child has a minor accident.
