Working with them has been a nightmare since we had a family member pass away. They made things more difficult for us then it needed to be to get information and then made us feel bad about choosing a different financial advising firm. One of their office employees told us they had spent a lot of time working on the account and expressed displeasure over our decision to move the funds because they had essentially wasted their time on us. Not ideal when we are grieving the loss of a family member.
