Adrian communicated every step of the way. I am extremely happy with the quality of the tint and attention to detail. Additionally he went above and beyond and took the time to apply 3M ceramic coating on all the black trim pieces on the van. I also inquired about windshield protective measures and he recommended I consider a windshield skin. Adrian didn't apply any sales pressure, he only relayed details of options available.
