On vacation and I stopped here at our mid-point, great service from the staff, quick, kind and courteous. Machines were all newer, and huge in size, washed and dried in two machines for a little over an hour that would be 4 loads at home! But what really struck me was the clientele- I wasn't expecting to see so much Aloha spirit while doing laundry but this place was full of it! Starting with the gentlemen that gave me a washer he already loaded soap into after he saw me come in with several bags. Several people knew each other sharing life updates with staff and each other, clearly regulars. Visiting Maui for 10 days and thought we would use a wash and fold service so we can travel back with suitcases filled with clean clothes instead of dirty and stinky clothes. Wash Pros had excellent reviews and I found that they lived up to everyone of their five star ratings. They had everything clean and packaged within their 24 hour guarantee. They do have an expedited service for a little more. We found everything to be neatly folded and organized. The cost was extremely affordable. I was shocked! I recently visited Maui and I am one who likes to wash my clothes even if I'm on vacation. I found out they were located literally down the road from where I was staying. All of you know that most of us and Lahaina have lost everything and the little things that we have we don't have any place to clean them. I was absolutely beside myself when I found out that this place was going to make me buy a card for five dollars before I even put a load in the washing machine. a wash cost $6.25 if I remember correctly, but you have to put seven dollars on your card and they're not gonna give you any change back and if you lose that card you have to buy another card for five dollars. This is a great example of people taking advantage of others... not only for the residence but also for the tourist. Why should they have to pay five dollars for a card when they don't live here and they are not coming back. They told me the fee was because the laundromat was clean ... all laundromat should be clean and should NOT charge you for a card ! read more

Clean establishment and most machines are working. The machines do not accept cash or credit cards. One must purchase a loadable laundry card for $5 00, then load the card with cash or credit. Not returning? Throw the card and your $5.00 deposit away. They should have a bin for used cards Save the customers the hassle. Also, since staff is cleaning laundry for one of the hotels, maybe leave a few empty dryers for the customers. Seems like a small business with good employees so I'd like to see them succeed but if I revisit this area I wouldn't patronize them again under this system. read more

We found this place through a best of Maui Facebook page. It's convenient, clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. You buy a card for $5 to use on the machines and then pay $3 per washing machine ($6 for the extra large ones) and then 25 cents per 5 minutes for the dryers. It's so nice to have a place to stop and do some laundry mid trip. read more

Staff was amazing to work with. Did an A-plus job with my laundry. Came clean, smelling good, folded and vacuum sealed to make packing my luggage easier. My wife and I were in town for our honeymoon and needed to get some clothes cleaned. I didn't want to pay the outrageous price that resorts offered and didn't want to waste a few hours sitting at a laundry mat. When I walked in the gentleman behind the counter, who I'm assuming was the owner or the manager, greeted me with a smile and said it would be no problem to get done what I needed. After a little conversation and saying we were on our honeymoon he reassured me he'd take care of everything and let me know when it was finished the next morning, he also gave me a recommendation of a few places to try for dinner. When I got the message the next morning I went back to pick up my clothes to see the same friendly smile. When I got back to the resort I went to put my clothes away and saw a handwritten note thanking us for using their services and wishing us a great trip and to enjoy our honeymoon. What an excellent touch of customer service. Little things like this is what makes me want to recommend them to everyone. read more

Wash Pros Kaanapali was extremely clean and professional. The staff member was very helpful getting setup and the prices were the cheapest anywhere around. The resort was trying to charge us like 8 dollars per shirt to do basic laundry - that's highway robbery! All the other laundry places on google near Lahaina had pretty sketchy reviews so we were thrilled with Wash Pros. I recommend visiting the shave ice spot a couple shops away in the same plaza and just waiting for you laundry to finish. I feel confident recommending this establishment to anyone needing to do laundry. read more

A great experience at Wash Pros Kaanapali. Clean facilities, helpful and friendly employees. We chose the option to drop off our clothes and have them washed & folded for pickup in 8 hours. We dropped off at 8:30AM and got a text that the clothes were ready for pickup at 2PM. You can see from the picture items were folded, wrapped and bagged. All around a perfect experience. I never write reviews but will say this I was in Maui and needed my clothes washed and folded used wash pros twice during my stay. after dropping off my clothes for the second time I noticed I had some cash missing and assumed it had fallen out of my wallet. When I went to pick up my laundry 6 hours later on top of my folded clothes was five, fifty dollar bills as well as a lighter in a zip lock bag on top of my folded laundry. We were into day 8 of our Hawaiian island trip and definitely needed our wash done. Wash Pros was only a few minutes from our hotel and we dropped off 22 pounds of clothes to be washed, folded and for some items to be hung on hangers. We were impresssed at every aspect of the service. The woman who took the clothes was informative, helpful and quickly documented our needs. She agreed to contact us by text when it was done and off we went for the day of activities. The facilities were spotless and everyone we dealt with was friendly and courteous. We received our text about 6 hours later and everything was done as requested. Clothes were clean, folded nicely and had a light fresh odor. Great place for your laundry needs! Been on a week long vacation and needed some clothes and delicates washed as we still had four days left in the trip. Hotel laundry service was expensive so we looked for cheaper alternatives. Place was easy to find and near all the main hotel attractions on Kaanapali. You can choose to wash clothes on your own, or have them wash for you. Additionally, they provide different packages for how quickly you'd like the service turned around - we chose 8 hours but they were done much earlier. Detergent and softener are extra. Clothing is folded and packaged nicely in a big bag for convenient pick up. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and highly recommend! read more
