Right from the first phone call, Brad provided excellent customer service, taking time to answer all my questions and concerns and letting me know what would be covered in the job. He included information on types of paint, compounds, brushes, etc. - a lot of attention to detail that goes beyond just putting paint on the wall. It was extremely helpful to understand the process and to be informed on how long things would take approximately.
