Megan and her team are fantastic! We were moved out of a very small apartment, which was not in the shiniest state when we had left (2 clean people and a cat can still leave plenty of cleaning needed). Megan was very clear, responsive, professional, and pleasant ahead of time in communicating what exactly would be involved in a deep clean, and was happy to add (at a fair rate) some additional items on request. All details and the quote were signed off on by both of us in advance, they showed up right on time, and a few hours later, the place was *sparkling* -- in even better shape than when we moved in. The final cost was right within their range estimate, and payment of a promptly-delivered invoice via Venmo was easy. We will definitely use them again as needed! read more

A deep clean is just what I needed! Having a 4 year old and 10 month old, we don't get nearly enough time to get to all the nooks and crannies - these ladies got every spot! Had Alycia worked on a move-out cleaning job, the price was reasonable. Alycia and her team were nice, polite, punctual, and accommodating on my tight schedule. They did the baseboard, floor, inside cabinet/appliances. Overall it looks great after the cleaning. Asked them to wash walls, they agreed. After sitting outside for three hours while two women "cleaned" my house, not one wall was washed, two rooms untouched, no attention to one and a half baths, I was charged $300. Stay away! I might add my house is 1,000 square feet and kitchen, office and baths ignored. Never experienced such a rip off in my life read more

I really wanted this to be a great experience. I used all female owned businesses for my move, and this business had mostly great reviews. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. I spoke to Alicia at length regarding my expectations. The home that I was moving into needed a really thorough cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. I made very clear that I expected the inside and outside of the kitchen cabinets, and all appliances cleaned. I also made clear that I expected a thorough cleaning of the showers and bathrooms. Additionally, I contacted Alicia well before their date of arrival to ask for pricing to sweep and wash my dining room and livingroom floors as well. It must be noted, there was absolutely no furniture in the home at the time. The price to do all the work was quoted as $350.00. Seemed resonable. Three women arrived right on time. Alicia seemed a bit put out that I would be staying on the premises while the cleaning took place. I was in a bedroom, that was not to be cleaned, working from home. I did not interrrupt their work. After about 3 hrs, Alicia called for me. The other two women had left the house. As we were going over what had been done, I kept finding areas that were completely missed, very obviously missed. As I noted these, Alicia seemed very annoyed with her staff and called for one of the women to come back in. At that time, I started to move around the house finding one area after another that was neglected. Entire shelves of cabinets not touched, dirty areas of the kithen floor, ect. It was a bit embarrassing to witness her quietly berate her staff as they quickly tried to ammend the issues. I finally stopped looking as I just wanted the situation over with. When it was time to pay, we agreed on a lower amount. To be honest, afterwards I continued to find neglected areas. I gave this business 1 star, as they did show up on time, and Alicia was willing to amend the price. It is dissapointing, as I really wanted to find a business that I could use again in the future, however this will not be the cleaning service I would use, nor recommend. read more

Alycia was very responsive and flexible to our scheduling requirements that changed at least 3 times due to our home painting and floor refinishing projects. Friendly and professional throughout.
