This is a local place that is close to me, and very happy that it is! The drive-thru wash is very dependable and gets the job done! The jet always, brushes, and drying feature gets your car shiny and clean! The whole area was kept up and very clean. The vacuum area and bug cleaning areas are also conscious of social distancing in an outdoor space. They do have the unlimited monthly packages available and also has specials too when you sign up for their emails. This place gets the job done and thankful it's local and owned by local owners! read more

When i was asked if i wanted to pay for a month for just a few dollars more , I didn't know I was signing up for a subscription that you can't cancel. I stayed on the phone three hours to get it canceled and they said it was canceled. I would get an email and they still trying to charge me 10 times a day, $17.99 every hour they try. So if you don't want to be charged for the rest of your life for a car wash that isn't that great don't go there.! read more

Like Chantal, do not do the monthly unlimited car wash, I moved to Texas and got on there website canceled my subscription and they still kept charging me, I blocked the charge on the credit card I used and then they starting charging it through another company. Total scam!! read more

Just like some of the other comment, the attendant asked if I would like free washes for the rest of the month, same price, $17.99 I said sure. Went back one time. Now being charged another $17.99! Phone number is blocked and the web site has been taken down! I'm going over there and have some nasty words! TOTAL RIP OFF! read more

It was my first (and last) time at this establishment and I am very disappointed in the quality of their most expensive wash and their disrespectful employees. I've gotten cheaper washes at other places that polish 10x better, and actually remove the bugs off my bumper. But what made my experience bad enough to leave this review was how rude the employees were. The one who cleaned the back of my car didn't like my bumper sticker and he slammed on my windshield with his hand when he saw it. I could hear him cursing about it to another employee at the front of my vehicle. The second employee then rolled his eyes at me and knocked my mirror back. Very unprofessional and for a $17 drive through car wash I'll just spend my money elsewhere. read more

I have taken my car to this facility several times. The last time I was there a young man asked me if I was interested in a one month unlimited car wash for $15 and I agreed so for the month of October I was allowed to take my car anytime I wanted to have it washed and that was fine, but I only was able to get it washed twice one time I went and they were closed for maintenance. Problem is I was looking at my bank statement today and see that they have debited my checking account again for $17.95 so I called to ask why and they told me that I had signed up for a membership the young man that sold me the special never mentioned to me about it being a monthly membership . when I called someone back informed me that I had signed up for the monthly membership which I had not , he put a sticker on my windshield and told me when I drove up that they would see the sput a sticker onand it did not say anything about a monthly fee. My car is 12 years old and I do not, and cannot afford a monthly fee. I asked to speak to a manager to see if I can have the $17.95 Refunded to no avail. I feel that the young men misrepresented the company because I was never told about the monthly fee. read more

Haven't been to the location on 44 but the new location on 42 does a very good job and like someone else mentioned actually cleans the tires and wheels very well. My reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 is the layout. You enter and exit the Vacuum area the same way. It's a little congested. read more

I brought my wife's Yukon here 3 times and now the hood and roof are scratched to the point that it needs major repair. Beware of this place and the "not responsible for damage" policy. read more

Great wash, good vacuums. Good value for services, definitely recommend for regular washes.

During the holidays, I was in town and needed to wash my car. Luckily, I came across this car wash. This is by far the best car wash in the area that I have been to; I was completely surprised when I found it. Everything is so nice and new. Top notch everything (equipment, staff, etc.)! This is the only car wash I will be going to in the area from now on. I highly recommend it! It was also a pleasure to meet the young man managing it. He seems like an all-around great guy. read more

I've gone to this place twice. My car was super clean and no spots. I love how the tire shine actually reaches your cars tires unlike places similar to here that doesn't even work on your tires. I only give 4 stars because the vacuums need a little bit more power. read more

I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised and even felt I should tip these guys, so I did! I have not had good luck at other car washes; honestly, I pretty much don't even expect even my windshield to get clean anymore. Well, I went to Wash'N Roll yesterday afternoon with my pickup covered with dried clay down the sides and all around the wheel wells. It had been dried on there for like two weeks. Someone has recently done some dirt work on a lot down the street from my house, and it's a big mess every time it rains. I didn't expect much at all from the carwash. There were two gentlemen at the front of the line where you start your carwash, and they scrubbed, used some little power sprayer on each side, and scrubbed some more before I went in. I was seriously shocked! When I pulled out of the car wash and over to the vacuums, I could not believe how clean my truck was. I had a few pieces of clay still stuck to one side of my truck close to the rear wheel well, but I couldn't even knock it off. The rest was gone! Service barely happens anywhere anymore much less at one of these drive though car washes. These guys were the exception, and the wash was actually really good, too. This is my spot from now on!!! In fact, when I went to thank them and tip them, the young man offered to let me go through again for the last little bit, but I had already finished drying my truck and didn't feel the need. read more

Less than a month after buying my brand new 2018 f150 I decided to get a fast pass membership at Wash 'N Roll. I went through ten or so times. The wash always felt/sounded a bit rough on my vehicle, but figured its a nice establishment and many other vehicles go through so it must be fine. After getting home from the last wash I noticed paint damage all the way across the front lip of my hood. After finding that I inspected the rest of my vehicle to find major scratching around the antenna and deep scratching on the roof. Minor scratching was found on every lip of the vehicle and on the tailgate as you would expect from a wash with brushes. I headed over to the wash the next day and a nice guy gave me a damage report and took pictures of the damage to pass along to the general manager who was not in that day. On Monday I met with John, the manager, so he could look over the damage in person. This 30 minute to an hour meeting was not especially pleasant as it started by him stating that if you have a hitch on your truck the wash is made to not touch the tailgate, although my detachable hitch just happened to be on the truck when it typically wasn't. He mentioned a few times during the end of the meeting that he is not sure what could have happened to my trucks paint for the 24 hours it was gone from the wash, although the damage was a textbook definition on what excessive damage from a car wash would look like. We went back and forth looking at their less than high quality cameras. Eventually, we concluded the meeting and John called back after talking to the owners of the wash and apologized for acting in an abrasive manner. He sent me information for their preferred auto paint shop and had me bring my 4 month old truck to get its paint fixed. The reason I gave the wash two stars is because I am satisfied with the shop they sent me to and although the meeting with John was less than pleasant I'm satisfied with the owners decision on taking responsibility for the damages Wash 'N Roll caused on my new truck. Enter at your own risk and be sure to take pictures of your vehicle's paint before every wash and after your wash is completed be sure to check your vehicle for damage before you leave the property. I am unsure on how to post pictures on Yelp, but they are attached to my google review. read more
