As someone with two toddlers, I spend more time cleaning my vehicle than I would like to admit…read more Because of that, I am picky about car washes. I have had a membership with WhiteWater Express Car Wash for a while now, and it is one of the few memberships I have never considered canceling. The feature that originally won me over was the pre-wash service. Before you even enter the wash, an attendant sprays down the front and back of your vehicle. It sounds simple, but it makes a big difference when you have bugs, dirt, or kid-related messes on your vehicle and do not want to stand outside scrubbing in Louisiana heat. The vacuum stations are excellent. The suction is strong, and each station has two hoses available, which means you are not waiting on the person next to you to finish. WhiteWater also provides complimentary towels, window cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, and air hoses for blowing water and dust out of tight spaces. There are dedicated mat cleaning stations and a hose for rinsing off floor mats before cleaning them. The facility is consistently clean, and I appreciate that I feel safe visiting by myself early in the morning. The staff has always been friendly, and they occasionally give out complimentary air fresheners as a nice bonus. I have tried several competitors throughout Ascension Parish and the Baton Rouge area, but none have offered the same combination of convenience, cleanliness, customer service, and amenities. If you are considering a membership car wash, this is the one I would recommend.

I love this car wash! I feel that I really get a good clean for my money…read more I like to use the self scrub brush before I go in, so I always do that. I normally get the basic wash, which is $12. But, they put a plastic cover on your back windshield wiper and I feel my car is really getting washed when I go through here. The soap even smells good. I never wait in a long line either, which I love. I, of course, use the vacuums after. These are actually high powered and are always working no matter what station I go to.

This car wash was great. Got the Diamond Shine with the Ceramic power shield. Yes!!!! Do yourself a favor. My sexy black van was shining!!!! Sparkled!!!!! The price was affordable. It was quick. No lines when we went and you don't have to get out of the car. OK...now this is nice. At benny the free vacuum is open so anybody can use it. Here... You have to go through the car wash first and then vacuum is available. This is nice cause not many people at the vacuum and the vacuum actually SUCK...in a good way lol. Oh and they have a small nozzle on one side and a wide nozzle on the other side so you can choose which nozzle to use when you vacuum. Another plus is.. They have AIR at each station. Yes air...air for your tires.... And pressured air to use to blow dust and crap out that you can get in between those cracks!!!! Blow the Crack wide open haha. This is another cherry on top... They have towels for you to use if you need to dry your car or wipe. This is nice. They even gave me a hanging car air freshener but I don't like the scent. Nothing wrong with it. I just don't like fruit or sweet scent. With is was citrus or clean linen scent. But it was sweet of them to give me an air freshener. Definitely recommend and do yourself a favor and make that sexy ride shine and get the diamond shine!!!
