Great Service from when I pulled in to when I pulled out. Tacovi and the other guys there made me feel as if I knew them for years and are knowledge packed read more

They stole my money. We were sold a $30 membership and explicitly told it included 2 cars with unlimited washes. We were told to just bring my daughter's car back later to add it and get a sticker. When my wife went back, the employee said she only needed my card to look up the account. Instead, they charged my card for a second vehicle without properly disclosing the charge, the amount, or getting authorization. When questioned, the manager said that was the cost of the second car -- directly contradicting what we were told when they signed us up. We canceled on the spot, and the manager said both cars would be canceled and refunded. That never happened. The second car was never even used because the manager kept the pass/sticker since he said he was canceling it immediately. Their support was just as bad. I called their support line 3 times and got nothing but the runaround. They said they had to pass my issue to another team they would not let me speak to directly. That team emailed me false claims saying we used the wash and weren't entitled to a refund. When I explained that the second car was never used because the manager never even gave us the pass since he was supposed to cancel and refund it immediately, they ignored me until I called support again. I also called the local wash 3 times asking for the manager and never got a callback. After over a week of back-and-forth, false information, and no resolution, I had to file a dispute with my bank. read more

At the Denham Springs location my husband and I have the unlimited membership is convenient for both of us of this specific location it's around where we live and we love going to this location every morning before we head out to work we both do Lyft and Uber and share rides so it's convenient for us to stop at this location and get our vehicles cleaned up before we start our day but there's this particular girl named Gracie that keeps hitting on my husband keeps telling him all last week every time we stop she tells him to come by about 5:00 in the morning because I'm here everyday that morning before we open up won't you come by and see me she's even gone as far as giving her phone number to him begging him to connect to her tick tock live so he can watch her while she's at work at home and in bed we've done brought it to the manager's attention several times and it's like nothing is being done so now we are to the point to where we are going to try to find another location or another car wash and my husband is going to press sexual harassment charges at this particular location that's in denham springs it's a shame because I love this location but now I am forced to have to change car washes which I'm comfortable with this one but it seems like the manager doesn't seem a problem with this and my husband is fed up because she's always wanting to rub on him and everything and it's just gone too far so now he's going to have to bring up sexual harassment charges. read more

I got a flat tire and pulled into the vacuum area looking for shade to cover me from the sun. As I was doing this a young man, extremely polite and very well dressed, Martin, approached me to offer any assistance he could render. I declined as he was tending to the business at hand. He insisted but again I politely declined. Excellent customer service. It's very much appreciated. read more

They get one star only because there's no option for zero. Just went there and had the worst experience. The girl at the entrance did not know anything about the different washes. In my opinion there should've been a sheet for customers to review the difference between the 4 washes. When I asked her the difference between the top two washers she told me one had bubbles. Not her fault because she's new and this location is new but how do they not have something to guide them to answer these questions. Then we proceed to set up my membership and cannot get it to work, the payment option would not process. I asked her to try on the other kiosk and she did and it still did not work. The lead member cannot get a hold of the manager who had apparently just left. I continue to wait thinking that it would still be an easy fix and thinking that that tag was already registered to my email address. I tried downloading the app and paying that way but it wasn't an option to put the fast pass in. I then tried calling 800 number to pay that way and the lady that answered told me she couldn't see all locations. By this time the team lead got a hold of the manager at least 20 minutes later and she told her that she could go inside and pay for my membership that way. How did the team lead not know that she could pay for the membership inside is beyond me (and again not her fault). Then she came back out the fast pass still was not working so she opens with the key and lets me in that way. I pull up and cannot get the wash because it's not reading that there was a sale. At this point I've been here close to 40 minutes there were plenty other things that were wrong. I asked the kid working that area what is going on and is there anyway he can comp the wash to get me through because I've been here for a long time. His immediate response was "it's not my problem" to watch I lost it after I told him that is not the way to answer a customer I asked him to please go get the lead and have her come out here before I loose my sh*t. He goes inside and comes back out and tells me she's coming at this point I've had a minute to calm down. I explain to him why this is an inappropriate answer and how he could've answered better because if even though yes I agree it's not his fault he could've listen to me and said no ma'am I don't know how I'm sorry for your inconvenience. I told him he needs to be able to learn and understand the type of customer service to be able to succeed. At this point the lead comes out with the manager on FaceTime to comp the wash. How does the team lead get left there with no manager and not know how to comp a wash or any of the other key things. I asked them if they can just let me out can I drive through the car wash because I want to leave now I wasted plenty of time and I'm extremely p'd off. I had also previously told the two girls that I wanted to speak to the manager and not because of any knocks on them it's not fair to them that they are not properly trained and know how to handle any situation without a manager there. When the manager calls me she has an attitude basically from the get go instead of letting me explain to her everything that happened and where I got to be so frustrated she tells me that I was being belligerent and cursing. Which is an absolute lie I was not, I did curse when the boy told me none of this was his problem. But then I tried to explain to her how I came back to him later and told him why his response was so frustrating after everything else I had been through. As I continue to try and explain everything that was wrong not cursing mind you I did say in the beginning it was fng ridiculous but then apologized immediately for using that word. She just kept cutting me off when I was trying to tell her the story and I told her that this is all important so make sure any other new clients don't have this frustration. She continued to cut me off so I just told her I will try and figure out how to contact the owner because she obviously is not willing to listen and help me and hung up the phone. If you don't have a pass don't do it here read more
