To make a long story short we took some clothes cause we we're running a bit low on clean ones. We dropped our clothes early in the morning and the nice lady working that day told us to come back before 2:00pm. We made our way to the Berlin Wall Memorial on foot and got to checkout some of Berlin's neighborhoods as well. When we got back our clothes was clean and ready to go, and we had clean clothes for the remainder of our trip! Never take for granted the importance of clean clothes!

My family and I stopped in on a rainy June afternoon. We were immediately greeted by a kind individual who told us to relax and enjoy the walking experience. He showed us the washers to use and explained the rest of the process as far as detergent and where we could sit. All the information is also posted in German, as well as in English on frames throughout the wash salon. If you have come without detergent or other supplies, they offer products for a small fee. The salon also offers a drop service where they will wash and dry your items and pick up at a different time. My favorite part of the experience besides the amazing customer service was that each washer and dryer has a name, for instance Inez! After getting settled, I later find out the kind individual who helped us upon entering was Freddy himself! Although he was busy, he and his staff continuously checked in on us. We were there a few hours and in the time walked the street the salon is and even chatted with Freddy about Berlin. We keep this on the list as a spot to return to in the future. Kind people, great service, and a clean place to wash!

You can even enjoy a nice cup of coffee (for a price) while you wait, and there's Free WiFi available too, which is always a plus for travelers. One of the things we appreciated most was that we felt secure enough to leave our clothes while they washed. The area is surrounded by restaurants, so we were able to slip out for a bite to eat and come back without any worries. Overall, this laundromat was a great find on our trip--clean, friendly, with WiFi, coffee, and in a perfect location. Definitely recommend it if you're traveling through Berlin and need to do a quick refresh on your clothes.

It's super close to the Stadtmitte UBahn and super convenient when I have to work late nights at the office since I can pick up even when they're closed. They do a great job, and if there are some spots or stains I need a them to work on, I let them know beforehand when I drop off my dry cleaning and they'll try their best to take it out (which happens in most cases).
