They did a procedure for me to fix a root canal I had had done with my dentist that remained infected. Regrettably the procedure they did for me still did not quite fix the problem, so they got me in immediately to redo the procedure they had done for me previously. They did not charge me for the additional procedure, not one more dollar. They told me they have a policy that if any work they do has to be redone within a year or two of it having been done previously they do not recharge the patient. Dental work being as it is sometimes root canals or other work getting re-infected is just something that happens and is outside of a professional's control. So the fact that they follow this practice of redoing any procedure they've done that did not end up being successful is a wonderful upstanding practice.
