Not only did Dr. Lerner successfully locate my problem and performed robotic surgery on me but the pain that I was experiencing literally disappeared. Without getting into a very long story, Dr. Lerner and his staff are angels. He listened to me and treated me with the utmost respect and never made me feel like I was not important because of his professional skills. Never was he arrogant. With a twinkle in his eye, you hoped that you were in good hands. After the surgery and 4 days in ICU, I knew that I was in the best of hands. I owe my life to Dr. Lerner. He is the BEST!!!! My family has gone to him for decades as do many of our friends' families. He is like THE local doctor. Although he has so many local patients, I have never heard a bad story and can call up several situations in which he has literally saved the lives of members of my family by noticing little things (turned out to be not so little things) in routine check-ups. He doesn't mince words, but also is a really nice guy (though not real cozy and friendly--he cuts right to the chase). He also gives really honest referrals.

Even though he is an extremely busy doctor as he felt this was important he squeezed me in his morning schedule. He examined me carefully and recommended an MRI, while I was there he gave me a through physical. I find Dr. Fialk to be an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. Dr. Fialk is an excellent diagnostician who treats the whole patient, he does not beat around the bush, he tells you what his findings are, and how he feels they should be dealt with. He is a straight from the shoulder doctor which is something I greatly appreciate. Over the last few years I have developed a personal relationship with him and find him to be a most interesting person. I am lucky to have found this doctor.

On any occasion that I need an appointment, fortunately not too often, I am normally given an appointment the same day or at the latest the next day. On arrival at WestMed I have never been kept waiting for my appointment and a member of the doctor's support staff quickly takes me into the office for my check up and meeting with the doctor. If I need any medication Dr. Feuer sends the prescription directly to CVS where it is waiting for me by the time I arrive there. Even more, Dr. Feuer even calls my house to follow up on any visit and see how I'm doing. All in all, an excellent doctor, proving excellent service.

Dr. Lise Youkeles look me in my eyes told me I will take care you! I was unable to breath and no energy . Dr. Youkeles work on me and between Dr. Youkeles knowledge and meditations, breathing devices I have received a clean bill of health. My ct scans have shown my lungs are clear and infection is gone! Always able to reach the doctors when I have needed an appointment. Though the journey I have not been in the hospital or urgent care. I have received top notch health care. He is a great internist, who doesn't just jump on fads (asked him about the HPV vaccine, and he went over my risk factors and how I felt, and we both came to the decision that for someone like me it was not necessary), and is very thorough despite the shrinking time that doctors are allowed with their patients. He will answer all of your questions, and you can even call him after your visit, should any question come up afterwards. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and his staff is equally good. As long as I am in Westchester, I'm keeping him as my internist!

Not only is he extremely smart, knowledgable, patient, and really fun/funny, but he is a WONDERFUL doctor. He has actually gotten on the phone when I called the office with a question, he is willing to talk things out with you and gives time and attention to his clients. He remembers details of your life and this comes in handy as well as makes you feel special. There are not long waits because he truly values your time, unlike many doctors of today. If you speak to him about his own health ideals, he will share his view and also provide you with a realistic view from your perspective. Not to mention he is very down to earth, when clearly in my opinion he is a god! DR. JACOBSON IS THE BEST, the best, THE BEST!! His staff are sweet and the office is great; free plentiful parking. I just can not speak highly enough about this doctor and his amazing practice!!
