I left because of constant lack of…read morecommunication, constant errors on my returns and eventually when I decided to leave, in childlike form, she gave me zero access to my quickbooks information that I legally paid for so my new accountant had to start from scratch during the dead middle of tax season. Upon finding a new CPA, it was brought to my attention that she's not even a college educated CPA. You're probably better off going to H&R Block. I'm legitimately not trying to be petty but it's an absolute nightmare with her. I overpaid in taxes every year. I was so far paid up that when I started with my new CPA, I was told to not make a 1st quarter payment because I had paid so far ahead. Completely unprofessional in every sense of the word. Keep your money and skip the headache.

Here is why I know that: the email responses I was receiving were usually a 5-7 day late during tax season, they were overwhelmed by the number of customers, my taxes were higher than what I was able to obtain though another CPA. In addition, I requested to be removed from their mailing list back in November 2024 and still receive emails about follow ups and promotions despite me being a customer. This just reminds me about the company that took $2,000 for services that didn't offer the value I paid for.
