These guys are the real deal. I went with a 2 step paint correction along with quartz (ceramic) coating for my black 535i. I had lots of swirl marks and marring from the crappy car washes I've ran it thru. They brought my baby back to life! It's blacker than ever & smoother than it was new. A new paint job would've costed a fortune & I'd still need a correction after. They did their thing! Dominic & Jimmy's customer service was above & beyond. Drove all the way out to my house to give me an estimate, offered me an amazing deal. I've been shopping around and was pretty tough on them with my budget, but they worked with me & got it done. Jimmy even gave me a ride home the morning I dropped my car off, which was over 20 miles from them. Don't mess with any amateur detailers if you really want to get your car lookin right. If it's priced too low, chances are you'll be looking for a professional to fix the amateurs mistakes. The correction process consists of cutting a very thin layer off your clear coat to rid it of the imperfections, if you go to the wrong person, they'll probly rip right thru your clear! They assured me they measure the paint and only cut what is absolutely necessary. They're just getting started, I think I'm the first review.. but don't let that stop you from going with them! They really know their stuff. ****Alright, update**** If you need a wash, detail, paint correction, or even a ride somewhere, I'm pretty sure these guys will take care of you. After my first detail, Dominic checked up on me a few days later. I told him everything was good BUT to be completely honest, I still seen a few very light swirl marks in the sun. It wasn't a huge deal, as my car was already looking better than ever. But he told me to bring it back. He explained that the 2 step paint correction got out a majority of the marring but a 3 step correction would get it flawless. I dropped if off before I went out of town, so they had 3 days to take their time. Long story short, they hooked me up!! They ended up redoing the whole detail. That includes tearing down the ceramic coating that's meant to last for years, just to get to the scratches. I ended up with another fresh 3 step paint correction. They wet sanded it this time around, which is the best you're gonna get before a whole repaint. My car is PERFECT right now. 10x better than even a brand new car coming off the lot. And this was all to make sure I was still a satisfied customer. I don't write many reviews, if you check my stats I've only written 4? But I've been in customer service for 15 years and Seveno has by far shattered any customer service standards I've known. And just to be clear, I don't know these guys at all. They reached out to me on Facebook and I decided to give them a shot. SEVENO LUXURY FOR THE WIN!

These guys took our 2013 Altima and made it look brand new again. From the headlight restoration, paint correction, and even removing the scratches from under the door handles from finger nail scratches within. I am so used to getting regular washes but I can see a total difference and also got a little educated with the products and additional services they provide. I am very very impressed, thank you guys!!!

    The broken mirror piece

They broke the piece that adjusts the side view mirrors on my car. They agreed to have a new piece mailed out to me but that doesn't all they way fix the problem. I have not received the part yet and it's been a few weeks. I would just avoid this one.

The "Might Protect" wash which includes a Carnuba wax ceramic clear coat protection and tire gloss was $15, "a $28 value - good for 1 year from purchase date." I purchased two. The first wash was used at Joe Harvey. I used my second wash at this location on May 23, 2025, to get my Jeep scrubbed. A nice woman came out to the kiosk to greet me & make sure I got through okay. At about 11:00 am on a Friday - this place was packed! Very long line to enter the drive-thru wash. It moved surprisingly quickly. Then, two female youngsters at the washing tunnel entrance did not make eye contact with me or line me up on the rail. That & a few inoperable or missing vacuums were a bit irritating. This chain offers a "basic wipe down." The two guys at the end of the tunnel were super cool. Did a good job. Not perfect, but good. The vacuums were to the left as I exited the tunnel. They were free. Fairly strong. Trash cans were available. I wasn't rushed to get out of the vacuum area as they do back in California. Actually, there was no one even around in the vacuum area to assist when my nearby vacuuming neighbor asked me if she should get help about a dryer sheet that got sucked up into a vacuum, and therefore halting its sucking power... she did the right thing by finding somebody. There were some spots that I had to buff myself with my own towel, but not too many. TIPS + They are now "cashless." However, "cash tips still appreciated." + Bring a towel to wipe drips away + Spray your wheels and tires with a good cleaning agent right before you enter
