During my time here, The Regency Club Apartments had an indoor and outdoor pool, racketball court, tennis court and onsite laundry facility. My apartment had a dishwasher and garbage disposal. I lived in a two bedroom apartment. The main bedroom had plenty of room also with a walk in closet. The only 2 complaints I had was there was only one bathroom .

I'm talking about building 700- so this reviews on building 700. 2) close to everything, and I'm never stuck in traffic. You can cut the grass to Sams club for dinner and cut back as exercise. 3) No weird neighbors. Have you ever had that creepy neighbor? I have! Here, it's just very quiet and people mind their own business. 4) inside is super clean and I love that maintenance comes to the rescue immediately. And they are super sweet. 5). Now that I think of it., I think paying the extra money is worth it if you think of the office people and the staff. Since the last apartment manager was put in place she has been extremely rude and unprofessional to me on multiple occasions with the last being today when she said, and this is a DIRECT QUOTE, "I am sick of you. I am going to evict you." This comes as a result of me not wanting them to enter my apartment because I had been sleeping and they had given me less than 24 hours notice that they would be changing a filter. Regardless of how she felt about me this unprofessional and rude behavior should not be tolerated. I am not the only tenant who has had to endure her behavior and I feel that something should be done. If you are looking for an apartment, my opinion is that you bypass this one, and that is a shame because as a long-time tenant I have always held a high opinion of Springview until now. They charge way too much in rent to have all the issues we have had. 2 ppl who are very rarely ever home had a $140 water bill last month. While our neighbor upsatirs was $60. Other neighbor was $70. Why is ours so much ???? It constantly goes way up then down a little then back up. Trash when we had the service was a joke. I have a wonderful little fenced patio that I very much enjoy . the size of the apartment is perfect . the kitchen has good flow . there is plenty of closet and storage space throughout . there is even an attic . apart from the local retirement apartment community , meadowood is the only apartment complex in newburgh that I could find that has washer and dryer hook ups . the rent is reasonable and my utilities are low . heating and air conditioning are effective and units are well insulated . there is an on site manager and maintenance employee . the location is good . this is my home , not just where I live and I could not be happier .

What can you say about an apartment complex? The apartments are the standard 1-2 bedroom…read moreaccommodations and are nothing to speak of. What makes living there pleasant are the amenities and the staff. The club house is an incredibly nice place to relax and unwind. They have a comfortable meeting area for group parties, a nicely maintained pool and a decent fitness room. Unlike other complexes, the laundry room on site is large, clean and has a good number of both washers and dryers. They have an extremely large parking lot for vehicles and you don't have to use an assigned space. You can also rent covered parking for vehicles. Also unlike many other complexes, there are many garbage containers on site and they have a decent pick up schedule so they don't overflow. They are also at each of the units so you don't have to walk to the other side of the complex. Natalie is the property manager and she affable and most adept at handling the daily issues at the units. Rachel handles all of the accounts and is professional, efficient and goes the extra mile to answer any questions you have about the applications, contracts or your account. Nichole and Phil also work in the office and are quite pleasant to deal with when you have to pay bills, request maintenance or handle other matters. There are a lot of apartments to choose from. This one is conveniently located and priced well. And with those amenities and that caliber of staff, you are doing very well.
