Property owners pay management fees for reliable communication, timely issue resolution, and proper management of their investments. Instead, I have faced ongoing concerns about communication and the overall value of the services provided. Owning rental property is already demanding, especially when relying on a management company to handle day-to-day responsibilities. Owners should expect that the company they hire will reduce that burden rather than create additional concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Real Property Management. I encourage other property owners to conduct thorough research, ask detailed questions about fees and policies, ryse advance loans to landlords (which was in my experience a scam since ryse takes 10% off the top in addition to Real Property management taking their management fees also of the top leaving you very little that you actually receive) , and carefully evaluate the level of service they can expect before signing a management agreement. He has a background in construction and understands what it takes to look at a house and to see if it's up to par or not, this is very important when he is representing you while doing an inspection. Again I've spoken to other inspectors in the past and by talking to this gentleman you can tell that he truly cares about what he does and I would highly recommend Dan!
