I made an appointment and it was easy from start to finish! The staff was so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, naturally getting a shot in both feet was not pleasant under any circumstance but that's not their fault. I saw somebody left a bad review over the painful shot to numb the foot. I had an excellent experience I would highly suggest them the entire time dr. Patterson explained everything she was doing and made everything a breeze. Thanks again! See you all next week for my follow up!

Dr. Benson took the time to explain to me the entire procedure and his wonderful staff took the time to make me a comfortable as possible! Glad I found this gem, no need to trust anyone else to my foot care anymore, in today's fast paced modern healthcare world it's refreshing to find a Doctor like Dr. Benson. This is my backup location when Dr. Bookout knee specialist is here on certain days other than the Shelby Township one. I turned and twisted my right knee this time (April it was the left) and within 24 hours it was swollen with fluid. The receptionist here was kind enough to fit Me in on Thursday the 17th for My urgent visit. The check-in office staff is quick and efficient with ID and Medical cards of information. I also was glad to complete the text message online sign in and check in the morning of My appointment. Holly is always the nurse that will prepare and assist Dr. Bookout for the arthrocentesis painful procedure. Yes for Me and My nerves its uncomfortable even with a shot to numb. This visit this time was 4 months ago as with the left knee. He drained 100ml of synovial fluid which I was glad there was no infection. 3rd shot was of course cortisone to help the right side of my knee to recover in 4 days so I could return to Physical Therapy for hip and back injury. In conclusion, this office is clean, well organized with appointments, Ex-Ray machine down the hall for knees, hands, back, shoulders and other bone related injury or fractures. Most insurances are covered and check out is easy with Rita at the window who is efficient and pleasant to answer billing questions too. Hours are listed in the photo I attached. This office is located on Little Mack Ave. at 10 Mile Rd. There are several other Orthopedic Doctors that practice here in a highly professional and understanding medical practice way. Appointment day I waited two hours to see the doctor in the most uncomfortable chair..my back was already in pain and I was getting irritated. The doctor comes in shoot from his hip just to tell me that I need physical therapy. Great! He left the room and told me to wait for referral for physical therapy 15 minutes passed and I just walked out the door.

Researching podiatrist online, Dr. Carollo's reviews were absolutely stellar, so I decided to give her a try, hoping the reviews weren't too good to be true. They absolutely weren't! Dr. Carollo is such a genuinely kind and attentive doctor. She really listened to what I was experiencing with my foot and gave me several non-invasive options to try to heal an inflamed nerve. I'm happy to report after following her recommendation and getting custom orthotics the nerve has finally healed and feels back to normal. And as an added benefit the orthotics have helped some other foot and ankle fatigue I previously experienced after working out. A win-win! Also, as a side note, the classic music in the examine rooms adds such a calming atmosphere while you're waiting. Highly recommended!! The world needs more medical providers like Dr. Carollo!!

He wrapped one foot for a week for a wart after spraying acid in my foot which caused skin to peel everywhere but on the actual wart! I'm not going back! I spent $300 plus on nothing! I would not recommend him. Maybe one of the other doctors there can help you. Dr Shaw doesn't seem to care. This office is in Warren.
