Then move on and address the cavities. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Engelbrecht's work.....we have only just began...... But I would say a 4 hr. Appt. is a good indication of what to expect. Nitrous is available, as are blankets (I am cold natured)....as I was laying there yesterday-I thought "Hey, I could get my nails done, a pedicure and have Mary from The Skin Care Institute, on the first floor, run up and shoot a little botox in.....just kidding..... As far as I am concerned Dr. Casler is a rock star. You don't have a great experience with a…read moredoctor however with an excellent staff. After being his patient for several years you get to know people and I like the relationship I have with the staff and the stellar level of excellency and professionalism that is delivered each time I visit. I used to be one of those guys with 'dental anxiety' and was very nervous and fearful with seeing a dentist. This was due to a bad experience, but after several visits to this office I now no longer have that to fear. The staff is great about explaining everything and always making sure that that comfort is kept. Also, having the nitrous is a help and they always ask if I need it. In short, I wish either I was 20 years older or Dr. Casler was 20 years younger so I don't have to worry about finding another dentist when he retires.
