They have like two chairs and that's it mind you if you drove here you could sit in the parking lot in your car but there's some people who don't so they have to stand waiting for their laundry. However we have been so turned off over the years by Donna's cold, dismissive, inflexible attitude that we decided to make the switch. Virtually every time my wife and I would point out even the slightest dissatisfaction with their work (and that was rare), Donna would become very defensive and refused to take accountability. A few years back I noticed I was missing a number of shirts and asked Donna to check carefully. She insisted that it was not possible, and was fairly indignant, so I gave up.
