Full Circle Management

I only leave 1 star because I have to... If I could leave negative stars I would! I lived @ a…read moreproperty that was managed by this management co for 7 1/2 years. Candy was our manager. She was supposed to walk the property once a month. I have a lot of time off during the year due to my work... I couldn't tell you what Candy looks like... I have never seen her in 7 1/2 years! Our common areas were supposed to be vacuumed at least once a month... It would go up to 6 months with no maintenance. We paid $340 a month, we had no pool, jacuzzi or community room...this amount only included trash, sewer, water and landscaping. CC&Rs said only 3 potted plants per unit, but some units had a whole garden of plants... Also some of the 2 bedroom units had 1 person living in them and others had 4-8 people living in them-how much water is each unit using? When I went to sell my unit, Candy hadn't filed all of the appropriate paperwork required by the state of California since 2019. This is an insurance policy coverage the property manager - Candy - so she can't take the HOA's money and run off with it. She claims she didn't know she needed this under the law. This delayed the sale of my unit by over a week! If you hear the name Full Circle Management and especially Candy Tracy... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

There is zero follow up or follow through on any questions, issues or complaints. From billing issues to major issues, we are completely in the dark. We didn't even have a quarterly meeting here for 8 months. It is unfortunate and not worth signing up with such an unhappy, unprofessional and unorganized group at Full Circle.

When something breaks in our condo, they are quick to work with us and the tenant to get it repaired. During the past 14 years, we have had some great tenants, including one family who rented the condo for 7 years. It seems like there is a fine line to walk between representing both owners and renters. They do a good job of walking that line.

I am in total harmony with Justin, the previous reviewer, but then, what can you expect from a…read morecompany that operates out of a garage in someone's home. Pacific Coast handles the property management needs of an 8-unit complex I moved into a year ago. My girlfriend is disabled with a broken back, and I'm disabled with a heart and back condition. I also recently had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. When I signed the lease, Pacific Coast assured me it would be a multi-year arrangement so we wouldn't have to worry about moving. After moving in, I asked for one handicapped space for my girlfriend (there are none), and they said they would ask the owner, Harriet Wicberg. When I took my girlfriend to them to add to the lease as required, they said the owner refused to lease to her! I also asked to have large flower boxes moved away from blocking fire escapes out of concern for my neighbors upstairs. They said they'd look into it, but never did. Now they say the owner wants my unit for her sister (there are two vacant units around me), so they're refusing to renew my lease, telling me we have to move out or face legal action. We appealed to them staying we are in no physical condition to move again after only one year due to our disabilities, but they didn't care. We have done nothing wrong, pay our rent on time, and are older, quiet tenants. Pacific Coast (Doug and Lori) is the most incompetent, unreasonable, and brutally cold "company" I've heard of. Stay away from any place managed by these jerks.
