I even had a guitar stolen out of my home during an open house (very expensive, yes a police report) After 4 summer mos, I took my house off the market. He was very upset. He had locked me into a 6 month contract, and refused to release me from it, so that I couldn't list w anybody else or even rent it out... In his defense, I believe his original intentions were good, but it was an awful experience for my mother and I, she is 84. Do yourself a favor, get a realtor with a real company behind them.
