They were quick to reply at first, quoted me higher prices than listed online, added delivery fees, and I agreed to everything without hesitation. After confirming they would take my order, they stopped responding entirely. My messages were left on read while they remained active on WhatsApp the night before my birthday. There is no acceptable reason for this disregard, especially when I ordered from cakes they advertise as immediately available. The experience was deeply disappointing and reflects poor, unreliable service. In contrast, I found a lovely bakery in Maidenhead that typically requires 3 to 4 days' notice. Despite my last-minute request, they still responded after hours with kindness and professionalism. Thank you for reminding me that my money is better spent where it is valued and appreciated.

She always liked the movie Cars so we thought we'd see if they could ice a cookie with Mater the tow truck on - well Joshua was a little taken-a-back by this as he wasn't sure he could do it but he gave it a go and the results were excellent. Everyone was very pleased and it was good to be served by someone prepared to give it a try and not just say "Naa!" Yes you can get cookies cheaper, they aren't a big deal to make yourself for pennies if price is an issue but I'm not sure you can get a huge one with decorations to order ;ike this for love nor money elsewhere.
