After confirming they would take my order, they stopped responding entirely. My messages were left on read while they remained active on WhatsApp the night before my birthday. There is no acceptable reason for this disregard, especially when I ordered from cakes they advertise as immediately available. The experience was deeply disappointing and reflects poor, unreliable service. In contrast, I found a lovely bakery in Maidenhead that typically requires 3 to 4 days' notice. Despite my last-minute request, they still responded after hours with kindness and professionalism. Thank you for reminding me that my money is better spent where it is valued and appreciated.

According to the marketing, sandwiches at Upper Crust have a three hour "life" on them. I can confirm that mine was marked with a time stamp. My Chicken and Bacon was quite fresh and after spending a few minutes in the pressini was absolutely decicious! When I need a quick sandwich for the train, Upper Crust is a great choice.

Their baguettes are fresh and tasty, and are perfect to munch over on a long train journey. My favourite is the BLT washed down with a fresh hot chocolate. I would definitely eat here again and I would recommend others to buy a baguette here as well if they can afford it! P.S their cookies are delish!
