There is no way I could suggest this dealership to you based on my experience with them in June of 2021. Warhawk HD had a 2004 Kawasaki VN2000 listed with very low miles and neat as a pin. I talked to Emily and made an offer, Kevin returned my call and said come get it. I made a deposit of $1000 and said see ya Saturday. Keep in mind I am 475 miles away, one way. They were like wow man you want this bike. I sure did. I arrive, grab my helmet, sign the electronic waiver and I can tell that Kevin is a little worried. I had brought a trailer and he encouraged me to ride it at least part way home to "blow out some of this old fuel" and I could just tell be was scrambling a bit. Bells were going off at this point. I try to ride this bike ya'll. This sorry ass crew put me on a bike that stumbled all over, popped, backfired, surged, and was COMPLETLY dangerous to operate. I am an experienced rider and I was MORTIFIED at the performamce of this bike. It was awful to say the very least. Yeah Mr. Casey, hop on anime that is new to you, runs like and ride it through the busy I-20 corridor. Hey man, we got your benjie's not like we care if you die and crumple this bike on the way home right?? I got the bike back to the stealership and it had a HUGE blue spot on the top muffler. The muffler was so hot it was baking the brake line behind it and you could smell hot rubber. I asked Kevin what was up and he acted like he knew nothing even though he could see the exhaust "blueing". He tried to be a little cocky and asked what I wanted to do. We had agreed on $3500 total, at this point I offered $2k because bike would have to go in the shop immediately when I got home, shop has a 6 week wait right now........ Emily now jumped back in like she was super important (after passing me off to Kevin) and said no way on $2k do you have the credit card you placed the deposit on. I said yes, she disappears for a few hands me a receipt says it can take 72 hours to get a refund.........wow, not even a counteroffer on a bike sitting out front with a cosmetically ruined exhaust. So stealership lacks integrity. How could they try to sell a bike as "no real problems" other than the kickstand switch (which was fully disclosed). How could a stealership not ride a bike hard to make sure it was right? They had some event going on with food and fellowship. Didn't even offer us a sandwich. Didn't recommend a good local place to get a meal. Basically, I was cast aside as trash after they realized I was not meeting their needs by hauling what I know realized was a problem away from them. I would run, not walk away from Warhawk HD. Even if you want one of those overpriced models of American consumerism find another dealership. The lack of integrity I experienced here and the cold shoulder after not being able to work out a deal was something I don't want anyone else going through. There has to be better people out there to give your hard earned money to. After 975 miles, $225 in fuel and a couple hundred bucks on food and snacks all I can say is I am glad I don't own a bike I can't ride, and I will never darken the doorsill of a HD stealership based on the abject failure of the customer service experience at Warhawk HD. It was very obvious that since I was not there to get my wallet raped that they did not have time to truly engage me and serve me as a customer. Warhawk Harley Davidson, Monroe Louisiana.. located at 6200 frontage Rd. Monroe, La. 71241. This dealership is by far the worst.. They claim & guarantee that their pre-owned units are inspected, and are in top shape for resale by a Harley Davidson technician. That is not the case.. I've had to replace shocks, Brake calipers, Brake pads, missing hardware, & Home made brake lines. "SECONDLY" Ordering parts from this Dealer in a timely manner is non-existent, 1 to 3 month's lead time.. I also paid for a part, and didn't receive the product... So if you plan on doing business with this dealership use extreme caution... I do not recommend buying a used or new motorcycle or parts form this Dealership, & if you need parts your best bet is to ordering online... read more

Doug and I walked into the place with heat exhaustion. I swear...we were wiped.While Doug looked around outside and inside the place with his salesman...who was polite and was an ex EMT...he offered us water which was the key to my getting back on my feet. Kelsey in motor clothes was so nice and empathic to me. She helped pick out our helmets and most of all we talked and she was the water delivery person. Her customer service skills were excellent. The parts guy...I'm bad on names but he reminded me of Santa...took care of our needs list and had Doug's preferences ordered or placed on right then . Then the finance man, Roger. He was so helpful and knowledgable of what our financial agreement would be and showed us attention in the nicest way. (Go Ariana!!) All in all our visit there was awesome. Never was anyone rude in any way to any of the customers there. I'm a customer service kinda gal...KUDOs to this staff!! i passed by Warhawk HD today and bought a few shirts. Since the new owner has taken over I would say that the customer service I received was great and the help at the parts counter was excellent. They had a bikini bike wash going on and everyone seemed to be having fun and enjoying the free pizza supplied by the dealership. I had several people ask me throughout my visit if I needed any help and that was helpful. Since it had been a while since I had been there I got a tour by Dale Condra , one of the owners, yes one of the owners! He shared with me his vision for the dealership which was pretty exciting to hear. if you are passing on I20 through Monroe, stop on by Warhawk HD and see what they have to offer, great selection of bikes and merchandise. What a great bunch of folks! I recently had a tire puncture that was not able to be plugged during a long trip and pulled in late in the day, quickly losing air and hope. I originally stopped at another dealer just down the road but they offered nothing and told me to try the Harley shop. Although I ride another brand adventure bike, the folks at Warhawk pulled out all of the stops for me even calling a customer who had previously ordered a tire that would also fit my bike to see if they would be willing to give it up for a stranded traveler. The gracious customer gave up his tire for a biker in a bind- true kindness. The folks at Warhawk were super nice and got me going when I was out of options. This is the kind of customer service that deserves shouts from the rooftops! Motorcycling is about more than the machine, it's also about a camaraderie of good people who have a similar passion and my experience shows that Warhawk truly gets it. Stop there and patronize them when you can; good people doing business the way it's supposed to be done! read more

This place has the worst customer service in the service Dept. I went in to get a oil change. This White Male with black ear Stubbs in his ear was talking on the phone and it appeared not to be business from listing to his conversation. He look at me and turn to the side and kept talking on the phone. Most professional people would say I will be with you in one minute. This rocket scientist said nothing still talking on the phone. I stood there about four minutes and sir stupid said nothing. I walked out side to cool down. I came back in and he still had same jacked up personality I asked about and oil change and he said about $300. I said to myself I will go some where else before I give this idiot my money and I said no thx. read more
