But what I appreciate the most was the customer service experience I received and saw others receive while I shopped. The staff makes you feel super comfortable even if you don't even like comic books... Lol but you can tell they wear a badge of pride because they KNOW THEIR STUFF! I love the Starbucks is inside also . I love how Barnes & Noble has a kids program and that they can get a free treat at Starbucks. We also take part in the summer reading program where they get a free book if they read 10 books. I know the Barnes & Noble is going to have a really awesome selection and I love how they've been keeping a great stock of sprayed edge books , which are my friends favorite so it's my favorite to give her for holidays. I feel like they have their books group really well so that it is very easy to know where to go for what you need . Their game section is thoughtfully curated. I love to read the notes from employees about their favorite books. I know this is a chain, but sometimes when I'm having a bad day, I go in just because it feels like Home . I will say that their bathroom is pretty disgusting unfortunately. Most of the employees have been very kind and helpful, but there will be the occasional employee that huffs and puffs when you ask for help. Honestly, I just really love that I can go get two of my favorite things in the same building . They have a lot of season clearance after holidays which I love! Nothing like sticking up for the next year. For Christmas, they have a nice selection of kid friendly ornaments. They're heavier, not porcelain, but not too heavy to hang on a tree. I also like their year round silk floral selection. It's more than just seasonal flowers and plants, though they have those, too. They also offer 30% off furniture year round which I thought was interesting. One drawback is the Christmas tree selection. It would be nice to see more sizes and options. When we need a tree, we buy it elsewhere.

They have a unique collection of decor, with everything from upcycled art/furniture, throw pillows, ornaments, mirrors, pictures/wall art, candle holders, printed mugs, wreaths, lamps, and more! The art is in a variety of styles, though a lot of it leans towards farmhouse and antiques style there is plenty of other style items as well. They also have some clothing items and bath items as well. My understanding is that different artists/entrepreneurs feature their own unique section of items for sale, which makes it more eclectic.
