The yoga was a lot different than what we are used to but I dug it. Focus is mainly on Hatha yoga. Although they are in the same building the spa massages seem to belong to a different entity than the yoga. All the classes are different. Some are extraordinarily energetic and not for beginners. Others are low key and designed to teach proper form and alignment before one moves on to more advanced work. The majority of instructors I've had classes form over the years are well trained in gearing their practice to different levels of experience in their students. This is a great studio with a wide variety of yoga classes offered at times to suit people with diverse backgrounds and schedules. Carbondale is very lucky to have it here!!
