I love shopping here still and always will, but unfortunately my nice day was ruined by a wan who "works" here. I've never seen her around here and have no clue who she works for. This women was very rude and ugly, not just her physical presence but her attitude towards customers. My friend and I came out to lunch for a nice day and took pictures which no one told us we couldn't. She was very rude and extremely unprofessional to me and my friend, saying very crazy things to us when we never said anything to her back. When we asked her what was wrong, she cowardly ran and continued to say very rude thing. Sad that a nice place like this has to have toxic unprofessional behavior from those who represent. We needed to find some clothes for our sons funeral. My husband and I we y to J Crew and we're basically pushed off to some little Cracker Barrel style county store with Waffle House shirts in it. Nothing useful or helpful especially for people who are already mourning and trying to get help. No one wanted to assist. read more

Not a lot of selection, parking is expensive. Vibes are good, though. I am a major Anthropologie fan so I come here a lot. Always stop in J. Crew too. The coffee shop here is nice. Needs more shops! Once every space is full it will be more worthwhile. read more

Warehouse Row is in central downtown Chattanooga. For reference, it's address is 1110 Market Street. Restaurant Row is a fun place to meet and mingle with friends or out of town guests. There currently are 12 retailers, several restaurants that are currently serving for sit-down, take out or delivery at 80-90% capacity, plus a coffee shop, Goodman Coffee Roasters. Goodman Coffee Roasters additionally features scones, muffins and the like to enjoy with your coffee or tea at their airy outdoor space. Of note is a restaurant called Public House, who is currently featuring new Spring cocktails that use locally sourced CBD from Hemp House. The other restaurants at Restaurant Row are The Social, Two Ten Jack, Urban Stack, and Tupelo Honey Cafe. THC has recently revamped their entire menu, sometimes imho, not for the better. Beautiful repurposed warehouse with a nice selection of shops and services. They shops are mid-tier or so and a bit more pricy, so be prepared to fork out some extra $$$ for that beautiful goodie you just found. Some stores have items that are assembled or crafted in the United States (though main textiles and the like vary in country of origin). Definitely a nice touch! read more

In Lexington we have Victorian Square. Warehouse Row reminds me a lot of it. It's not a place that I would go out of my way to go back, but it was within walking distance of my downtown hotel. I had some time to kill and looking for a place to wonder around and grab a cup of coffee. I have to agree, the shops are hoiety toiety. One of the home goods stores had a sign displayed banning photography in the store. One makeup store that I walked in was appealing, but the sales ladies whispering was a real turn off. I like to bring out of town friends and family here to impress them. I'm glad the tourists haven't found it. It's a beautifully restored multi-story warehouse venue that showcases popular local retailers and restaurants on the first two levels. There is office space above that. Parking is Free for 2 hours, but it's easy to get to and from on the free downtown shuttle stop at the Market Street curb. There are a few national retailers like JCrew and Anthropologie, but the local businesses really shine. I've been to a couple of special events for the public, and they are always well organized and the food delicious. It's fast and easy during the week to get in and out for lunch at Tupelo Honey Cafe. My parents love that place. read more

I went to this shopping mall in October and it was surprisingly very nice! Although it lacks stores. The atmosphere is amiable and vintage, It makes you feel like you are inside an old year. I loved how it was separated into two malls which featured: J.crew, Lululemon, Anthropologie, and a few other stores. read more

I've enjoyed seeing this little development in downtown Chattanooga change, and still be around years after its inception as downtown continued to grow. Nice shops - like the darling stationery store Shadowbox, a gem if you like paper of all kinds like I do - and some snazzy little shoe and womens' clothing stores, as well as a few cozy (Tupelo Honey) or upscale (Public House and The Social, the adjacent bar) restaurants. Note - there is 2-hour free parking, which you enter on the Market St side, and you can also access it via the free shuttle that runs from the Choo Choo to the Aquarium (where you can get the North Shore bus that will take you just across the bridge or of course reverse that ride if you are coming from the south end of downtown to WR). read more

This is a beautiful space. I had the pleasure of wandering around the whole space a couple of weeks ago. I usually just go in to go to eat at the restaurants there. I love the space. Very cool and brings a great harmony between the old building and updated architecture. It's very inviting. I saw that they even have some great spaces to just chill and hang out, drink coffee, and then window shop. I love that they have had more stores open up here. Warehouse Row is a great place to go shopping. It is a beautiful area! The Public House is a very nice restaurant to eat at while there.

This place is a complete waste of time unless you like over priced hoity toity stores. Even the employees in every store don't greet you. It's like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman status. There's nothing worth buying in any of these stores and this place is a wannabe. There's so many other better shopping places in converted warehouses. Ponce City Market in Atlanta is one. Kind of sad really. The advertising is much better then the place itself. There are only a handful of stores open and they are HIGH HIGH end expensive. I would much prefer to see lots of open stores rather then maybe 10 and closed storefronts. The architecture is beautiful and the furniture interesting. The location and buildings were superb and attractive with good architectural design and tasteful details. But were it not for our visit to Two Ten Jack for ramen, this visit would've been a waste of time. There are only a handful of boutiques plus stores like Lululemon and Anthropologie, all of which had a bland selection of clothing. No fun unless you feel like burning money. The stores are upscale, and we are perfectly capable of spending good money, but certain stores just take advantage. I thought most of the products being sold were extremely overpriced. Handmade jewelry store charging thousands of dollars for a simple good band? It simply doesn't cost enough or require enough effort to make want to pay that much money. Most of these boutiques are preying on the atmosphere of the building and the knowledge of the clientele. We probably only saw 5 or 6 other shoppers, there were barely any stores, and of those stores only 5 open. I'm not sure why people are giving the Warehouse Row bad reviews. If you don't like something in it, give that business the review. The actual Warehouse Row is just a place for these unique businesses to go. The actual place is so wonderful to stroll through. I loved just walking through the place looking at the decor that are so well thought out. I like this place and not just for the free two hour parking, I didn't even know there was that available because I walked. I think we should uplift places like this not tear them down. This place is awesome! I've lived here a year and didn't even bother to check it out even though I knew about it. My mistake!! Came here over the Thanksgiving holiday with my hubby and our guests. Super impressed!! The inside is so cute and there are some really nice shops here. Plus - TUPELO!! We also had a super friendly furry friend with us and he was able to walk around inside without anyone batting an eye. I really enjoyed our trip here and would definitely recommend! read more

Not sure how people can give this place anything higher. Here it was a week before Christmas and stores were closed on a Saturday afternoon...not one...not two but a bunch! We were in an Anthropologie in Franklin a few days before and this center's version was awful. Not nearly the quality of clothes or presentation. We had gone from area to area in the Franklin store liking different things but in the Warehouse store we found we were turned off with the whole store arrangement. The whole thing was just not that appealing - more people eating a restaurant than in the shopping center itself. Parking was a cost to walk in and find the place dull and clearly not what we expected. Paid a dollar and got ten cents worth of time. read more

I love the idea of Warehouse Row, but I'm always dissatisfied when I visit. Though there are many store fronts, there aren't many stores the average person would want to visit. For me, I would only want to go to J. Crew, Lululemon & Anthropologie... that's it. There is a furniture store attached, but it's one of those "Unless you look like you're in the upper class, we don't care about you" kind of places, and there are signs everywhere that tell you not to sit on any of the furniture (guess they don't want people to actually buy their couches and chairs). The other stores here are either specialty stores OR they don't appear to be open on Saturdays. Anyways, aside from the handful of stores here, there are a few restaurant options, which are nice. The Tupelo Honey is the only place I've tried, and I enjoyed that. There is a parking deck on site, and you don't have to pay on weekends in my experience. read more

I dropped by today to check out the housewares sale at Anthropologie and so decided to do a loop around all the stores of Warehouse Row. One wing has mostly upscale shops, I think we were the only customers in that part of the shops (except for a young couple lost on their way to the restroom). The side of the "mall" with Tupelo Honey Cafe was a little busier with chain stores such as J Crew, Anthropologie, lululemon and Cosmetic Market. The building itself is beautifully restored; perfectly vintage yet new. I noticed a few storefronts still uninhabited and am hopeful of seeing some more local shops opening there. The 2 hour free parking is great if you can snag a spot right out front - make sure you still enter your parking spot number in the machine and get a ticket. Otherwise park in the covered garage and get your parking ticket validated with a purchase in any of the shops or restaurants. read more
