More importantly, the contractor they hired to do the installation did a really fantastic job (and was professional and courteous). It looks great and the windows (we went with vinyl replacement) are very nice quality. In fact, we were so impressed, we're already planning to hire Loranger to replace more windows this fall. Only drawback: During the period between quote and ordering, I found communication to be a little poor between sales rep, contractor and me. I felt like I was begging them to take my money and order the product! Once windows were ordered, however, everything was right on schedule and budget as promised.

When I did get someone on the phone, I asked them to print out our order so I could see what we had and the quantities, and was told "We don't have that". What does that mean exactly? The response I got was "It's just on scratch". What's "scratch"?? He replied, "It's somewhere on my scratch pad". Wow. So that pretty much summed it up. We decided to take our business elsewhere, to a company that takes their customers and their projects seriously. This place is a joke.

During the 2nd and 3rd time installers had to come out to the house, our rep Paula DeGroot told us we would discuss what kind of discount we would receive due to all the errors. Once finally fixed after 3 attempts Paula has flat out refused to work with us. I would not reccomend this place to anyone and we feel like we were lied to.
