It came out very nice and I am very pleased. The man was friendly and all business. My only complaint is that when he left on Friday he said I will be here tomorrow between 8:30/9:00. I waited for him to come but no show so I contacted the owner who apologized for him saying he would be here but because it was a holiday weekend he would not be here until Tuesday. I could have got together with friends had I known that before noon. That is my only complaint.

We had Tom Tom paint our whole plaza. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with his work,…read moreprice, and professionalism!! Tom was professional and his employees were professional. They conducted themselves with utmost professionalism to our tenants and customers. There was no mess for customers to "walk around" and most of all they didn't leave any mess for me to clean up. Tom quoted us price, four buildings, he delivered every one of them under budget. For business like us, we hire a contractor and cost overruns are huge problem, often cost overruns are high as 30%, contractor starts project, half way in he tells you it will cost more. You feel like a hostage, often you have no choice but to pay more. I cannot say how surprised I am to be under budget on painting project!! Quality of work is AMAZING!! I would recommend him to my mother. And she is very very critical old woman

We were looking for a painter that was local and came with excellent recommendations. We posted a…read morequick question on our towns Facebook page and received an overwhelming number of recommendations for Tom Tom Painting. There were a few painters that responded back saying they would undercut any competition, but that was a scary thought, as who knows what corners they would be cutting to provided that. We decided to go with Tom Tom, and can not have been more pleased with our decision. The personalized service, professionalism, friendliness, and quality of work was very welcomed, as we were a little anxious about the overall process to begin with. Tom Tom took care of everything. Steve and Trevor were on site for a few days and did outstanding work. Tom came the last two days and put a beautiful poly finish on our wood stairs. Everything looks amazing and our home feels like we just moved in again! I highly recommend using Tom Tom for your next project, and I am sure we will be using them again too.

What truly set them apart was their professionalism during a chaotic full-home renovation: they seamlessly coordinated with multiple construction crews, stayed on schedule, and never once complained about the dust or delays. After we moved in, they returned promptly for complimentary touch-ups, leaving no detail overlooked. The quality is gallery-level, yet their pricing is exceptionally fair--I got four other quotes from well-known commercial outfits, and Willard and Ward came in a full 25% lower while delivering the best work by far. Honestly, I expected to pay far more for this caliber of craftsmanship. If you want painters who treat your home like their own, look no further than Willard and Ward. Highly recommend!
