Starting from the customer-service rep that took the first trouble-call, the first tech that showed up and got the system going, the person that showed up to review the situation and give us a replacement suggestion and price quote, up to and including the Technicians that show up this morning and installed the new unit. I first called about my backyard wooden gate. I have a "kitchen door" type gate which allows me to open the top, put the garbage bag into the can in the alley for Friday pickup and not let the dogs out. It was beginning to sag and I was afraid I would have to have it replaced. The owner, Micah, looked it over and said he thought it just needed to be secured. He worked on the hinges and added a bolt to the bottom gate to support it and keep it level. He noticed that some of the nails in wooden fence itself were coming out and went back and secured them as well. I was very pleased with work he did.
