Very disorganised practice. Better practices in the area…read more Had several sessions granted through my insurer. First session was good and I continued. Second session was very short '15 mins' even though I paid for 30 mins. Apparantly it was all I needed. Subsequently I changed to another osteopath within the practice who was assured to be covered by the insurer by the dim receptionist. When I went to claim for 2-3 sessions and uploaded my receipts it became apparent he was not. I have since had to bear the cost myself leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth. Very poorly run practice and now don't seem to be covered by many/any large insurers. Stuck in its ways and there are better/ more professionally run practices in the area.

I had a very good experience, reception seemed professional, text confirmations and always polite. The treatment didn't seem like anything much was happening, except I could feel something lift off my head and I felt I could think clearly again. After three treatments my headache is 90% gone and I am optimistic. Andrew says these are "all the same" and comes across like he has seen this all before and you don't feel a fraud for some pressure in your head that Is driving you crazy. I have had this problem for a loooong time so I will update the review to see if the improvement lasts. Not the cheapest but it is Fulham and Andrew is v experienced. Recommended.

Though there's one thing I dislike is the bitter taste of the herbs, I can stand it with some dried fruits after that. I am 22 and have been having menstrual disorder since 15 to 16. My period comes irregularly (the longest has been 4 months!) and I start to have more and more pimples on my face. I was recommended to visit Dr. Lui by my aunt. She had 5 months treatment there after 3 times failure of IVF and I am more than happy to have a baby niece! She is 1 yr old now! My aunt got pregnant naturally !!! With this strong confidence in Dr Lui, I am hoping I will have a good result too.
