Typically, I come for a wax and always feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the process. During a recent visit, I decided to ask about facials (I've never had one before). Laurie (the owner) explained several to me that would be beneficial for my skin concerns. I booked an appointment for the four layer mask facial and nervously went to my appointment. After she brought me down to the room where the procedure was to be performed, she explained the series of events to be expected. Throughout her explanation she asked if I had any questions. She was very welcoming and comforting and provided a fantastic explanation for what was to be expected. After undressing and getting comfortable on the table she came in and began my facial. It was an AMAZING experience and I highly recommend it to everyone! The aromas of the product and the room were relaxing; the subtle music in the background helped me to unwind. I felt as though I was being transported to another place. Her expertise with facials made each phase feel like second nature for her hands. I am beyond words by how impressed I am from this experience. As I mentioned, this was my first facial every and so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I will definitely be setting the bar high for my future facials.
