He inspected the car and asked if he could call M&L directly to explain to him that he should do the right thing and refund us, which M&L said just tighten it up and it will be fine!! The new mechanic said the parts they used were wrong, not bolted tight enough and some of the things they listed that were done were in fact NEVER DONE!!! He said not only did they screw me but left me in a dangerous car(the tire could have fallen off at any time)!! Needless to say I'm working with my credit card to get my money back. He had dark black hair with and shaved beared and gold hoop earrings. He had a black shirt on with a gradient colored shorts of white grey and dark grey. I am not sure of the shoes that he had but this is mainly what he looked like. I would come back to the gas station if this guy was ever to be fired. ( I used them previously to replace my main heater a few years earlier). The men called me an hour ahead of time to verify I would be available to meet them at the house. ( that was so helpful bring my wife couldn't be home and I was at work also). I met them at the time they said they would be there and resolved my heater issue! Great service and the price was extremely reasonable and fair. I would totally recommend them for any heater or a.c. Repairs or new installation. They go beyond where everyone else does. I call Bolkema out of the blue, never used them before, and they were pleasant and so helpful and did a delivery without a couple of hours. Shout out to Junior who was very nice to deal with.
